I agree with Land Tax. And with that in mono white I would suggest Scroll Rack 100% of the time. Being able to filter through three extra cards a turn is a huge benefit for white and its lack of card draw.
Unfortunately, Elbrus, the Binding Blade//Withengar Unbound's colour idenity is black... Unless I missed something.
Since you're using Sword of Kaldra, you might as well find room for the othertwo Kaldra Equipment.
I'm currently sourcing for the Prerelease Helm of Kaldra, but I'm not so sure about the Shield though. I already have Darksteel Plate, and cutting stuff is getting painful.
Land Tax filters out your deck and also ensures land drops.
Steelshaper Apprentice, although slow and mana intensive, is still a repeatable Equipment tutor.
Taj-Nar Swordsmith is another mana intensive Equipment Tutor, but puts them directly onto the battlefield. Good for fetching the cheaper Equipment.
I used to have Taj-Nar Swordsmith and Steelshaper Apprentice in but I took an arro... them out because they're waaaayy too slow and most of the time I would play something else in my hand over them.
Grand Abolisher isn't on theme so I won't play him but I'm definitely considering the rest. I'll probably swap one of my Plains for Buried Ruin. Mentor of the Meek would be good mid- to late-game, but I'm worried that tapping mana during my upkeep would prevent me from casting more useful or relavant stuff during my main phase. I'll have to test him out. I'll put Land Tax in once I get one. The Windwalker would probably replace the Squire.

I only have one Scroll Rack, and it's in my GAAIV/Ith deck. I'll look for one more together with the Land Tax.
If I were running the other two Kaldra pieces, I'd cut Darksteel Plate for piece number three. Them being indestructible can prove really useful to last through wrath's. And it turns into a scary gentleman!
One Question... Why no Intangible Virtue? Since you're trying to spam cat tokens to strike your enemy why don't give them vigilance and +1/+1? Also White Sun's Zenith could help you with that.
I'm trying to build a Kemba deck too but I'm more focusing on my Sharuum and Uril deck at this moment so seeing your list give me some ideas.

Since you're using Sword of Kaldra, you might as well find room for the other two Kaldra Equipment.
Mentor of the Meek is a great card draw engine once Kemba gets going.
Auriok Windwalker is Brass Squire #2. It also flies.
Grand Abolisher stops your opponents from doing anything on your turn, save for utility land shenanigans.
Buried Ruin is handy in a deck full of artifacts.
It is indeed black.
I just read this, and it makes me sad. I'll swap it out soon.

PD: sorry for my English, not main language.
Edit1: Also, I'm playing Thespian's Stage and could be awsome when copying emeria, temple of the false god and forbidding watchtower but more important then them to me is Buried Ruin cause it's recursion.
