First pass at a new Basandra, Battle Seraph deck. The idea is simply to make stuff happen. I am so tired of EDH games dragging on and on while people sit back waiting for someone else to do something. So this deck is designed to make everyone do something. It will force people to attack. It will start doubling damage. It will make people use what they have. And, hopefully, they will be dissuaded from directing that action directly at me. I'll be using Ghostly Prison and friends to point their weapons away from me whenever possible.
Sort of like a Grand Melee deck, except I want people attacking each other and not me. Hopefully this will speed games up and keep players honest with their combos or control decks. "Bring a gun to a knife fight"? No. More like bring hand-grenades to a knife fight.
Things I want to include for fun (but I just don't have any):
Not sure why you're deck isn't linking the cards, maybe it's cuz you put indents on the cards.
Edit: Ok, not sure if my screen was being buggy or if you fixed the deck list, but it's linking now.
Otherwise looks like a fine list to me. Not too familiar with this type of deck, much less Basandra herself. However, I think you should work War's Toll in somewhere. Probably cut the watchkeep for it. Werewolves are terrible in EDH neway.

Sunforger is one of the most powerful things RW can do. I would consider it's inclusion here. You can also run Stoneforge Mystic and Stonehewer Giant. Ofcourse you'd have to revamp the deck a little to include some saucy instants, but I'm sure you can handle that.

If this is multiplayer, I think you should cut Ajani Vengeant. PWers are notoriously weak in multiplayer because they draw everyone's fire. In 1v1, he's pretty good though. I also second the Sunforger nomination, it's THE reason to play RW!
Instants you should be playing anyway that the 'Forger can find for you:
A lot of people use Tithe, which I like, if you're going for Mistveil Plains(detailed below), and also, while I'm off and on on it, Condemn is solid to pull as well.
And of course, Mistveil Plains to put the tutored cards back to find again.
Aurification - I'm play testing a similar idea to this one, just that it's RWU. As much as I want creatures to attack whenever they can and not hit me, I still get targeted. After a board wipe, you need strong cards that really make people not want to attack you. Aurifcation can do this.
Total War - This is another possibility to make sure every attacks, especially when you whip one with basandra.
Repercussion - Blocking? Still take the damage. This one seems dangerous. It can also be used to hit all of their creatures with a burn spell, possibly killing the other players. Furnace of rath will quadruple the damage.
