So, I decided to go GUB for my next deck, and since I prefer to build around my generals as opposed to "good stuff" decks, The Mimeoplasm was right up my alley.
The deck utilizes 'yard tutors (Buried Alive, Entomb, Corpse Connoisseur and Intuition) along with draw/discard spells (TFK, Compulsive Research, Careful Consideration), discard/tutors (Survival, Fauna, Demonic Collusion), and cycling guys (Scion, Tusker, Eel) to get dudes into the yard for The Mimeoplasm to copy or gain +1/+1 counters from.
I decided not to go the route of spells like Mesmeric Orb, Traumatize, Hermit Druid, Dredge and the like as it opens you up to really getting hosed by a Tormod's Crypt effect. While it still can hurt this build, it's manageable and you have some answers in Krosan Grip, Voidmage Husher, Trickbind, and Voidslime along with Riftsweeper to bring something important back.
The main Buried Alive/Intuition targets for me are:
Mimeoplasm copies Skithiryx, gets +X/+X counters from Lord of Extinction, give him haste and it's a one-shot kill. You also have Putrefax as a backup if Skithiryx can't make it to the yard, though it's only a one-time effect.
Another fun interaction is Mimeoplasm copying Thought Gorger and then getting counters from any other dude. If The Mimeoplasm leaves the battlefield for any reason, you will draw a ridiculous amount of cards in most instances.
The rest of the deck is mainly removal, card draw, tutors, utility dudes, recursion spells and mana accel. You also have a high amount of 187 dudes with Crystal Shard to abuse. Oh, and of course, don't forget...you can always use your opponent's dudes too.
I'll be playing this a lot over the weekend, and any changes that are made will be updated in the thread. I know I'll definitely make adjustments to the manabase as I go along...
Any thoughts, suggestions, opinions, etc. are always welcome!
I would strongly suggest you look at a few of the cycling guys.
Krosan Tusker nets you 2 cards to hand and gives you a 6 powered creature for the ooze to suck up for some power. It is a very useful way to get creatures to the yard and they even replace themself. Good fuel for the ooze.
I have a few more cyclers listed on my list otherwise you can look through them on your own.

I would strongly suggest you look at a few of the cycling guys.

I belive that when you blink it, it looses the identity of the skullbriar. Tokens cannot follow a card from one area to another. While being Skullbriar the tokens follow it out of play but I do not think they can follow back into play. You will then need to exile more creatures and it will come back in as a copy of something else.
Long story short... I dont think that works.
EDIT: althought I would be interested to know if you copy Skullbriar if you would get his tokens if he were either the primary or secondary exile... interesting

Hummmm.... your list is looking very solid. It is getting hard to make suggestions until I really get to actually play him a bit myself.
Someone earlier had Unfulfilled Desires in their list which could be interesting as it allows you to cycle anything off for 1 mana and a life. The best part is you get to draw the card before you discard. And it can be repeated multiple times in a turn of course.

Possible graveyard hate. You do have black in your colors so out of all of them if you want to run one of them I would go with Nihil Spellbomb it lets you target hit one opponent and draw a card.
If you do decide to add Melira and at least woodfall I would say mabe try out Dimir House Guard as another sac outlet. He can also be tansmuted to go tutor for something.

Yeah, I'll probably skip Elixir. Skullclamp is a good idea though...I'll fit it in. And I meant to be running Bojuka Bog, I'll have to get it in there.
You could also bring up your number of fetchlands. They are great for clearing out a stagnant topdeck. If you dont have enough dredge / shuffle effects eventually the top of your deck turns into 3 bad cards that you dont want to draw. Those fetchlands are low impact ways of clearing that out. I have found them to be invaluable for increasing the use of my Top.
EDIT: also Life from the Loam works nicely with fetchlands as you keep adding to your land count.

If your meta is Eldrazi light you could always do a hinder + tunnel vision to kill someone. Especially considering there are 2 Hinder effects now as well as Spin into Myth
Your other option is to Tunnel Vision yourself targeting living death to mass rez which would be fun

I've been toying with an idea of using Grozoth as a tool of getting required fat, tutoring for Artisan of Kozilek and then reanimating it with AoK or Mimeoplasm itself to tutor for other "colossi" - Inkwell Leviathan, Demon of Death's Gate, Myojin of Life's Web, Kuro, Pitlord and most notably - Suncrusher (finally some use of these +1/+1 counters) to dump them into grave with some of the draw-discard spells. Speaking of which - copying Triskelion with counters from big-enough Lord of Extinction could give you instant-kill machine gun. It seems there are too many options of how to use the legendary ooze.
