So its been two years since I last updated this post and i figured I should post my most modern version of this deck. Let me know what you guys think of this version. The deck isn't really sacrificed themed anymore and is more good R/B creatures that plays with the graveyard. This deck doesn't do well in the early game but goes nuts if the game goes on long enough. Not the most competitive Lyzolda deck but i love to play it.
Looking at your list the first thing that stands out to me is Squee, Goblin Nabob, I'm not sure of his main purpose other than sacking, but even sacking him to something like Lyzolda is going to be 5 mana per turn to do 2 damage (maybe 4).
[CARD]
Rakka Mar[/CARD] and Goblin Assault seem a little underwhelming. I know tokens are nice and all but I think black creatures are where you're going to get your bang from, and Siege-Gang Commander has you nicely covered for red tokens while also being recurrable so many ways in this deck...Mogg War Marshal could work here too. Both these goblins could work well with Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker, especially if you threw something in like Thornbite Staff in(I'll expand on the staff further down).
Vengeful Pharaoh sounds alright with you destroying a creature and getting to recur him, but he feels like a liability as he goes on top of your deck and you have to draw him. I could see someone using him to lock you out in the right circumstances.
Rakdos Signet always seems lack luster and weak to me, all the signets do, but some people like the signets. I also feel the same way about the Oversold Cemetery.
Something I've come to love that I see missing is Black Market which has been completely out of control in my build, I've gotten it to 20+ tokens on it without comboing or anything.
Kher Keep is a land that can replace one of your red token generators if you want.
All my mentioning Avatar of Woe reminds me of Visara the Dreadful, just incase you want the real deal functional copy of the avatar.
Last thing I think is worth sharing is Death Pits of Rath, turns everything that does damage into Avatar of Woe, completely off the hook.
Hope some of this helps, I have to admit that looking at your deck I can tell you're game plan is worlds different than mine lol. Like the list.
I had Squee, Goblin Nabob in here since early on and hes just been a staple and i never stopped to look at him but now i realize he doesn't really do anything.
Vengeful Pharaoh was a card i decided to try out, but i have found it very lackluster.
I can understand Rakdos signet hate but sometimes it helps fix the mana but i think i might take it out for a land.
I've been fighting on whether i should switch out Oversold Cemetery for Mimic Vat, but it sometimes help out by getting cards for me late game when im not drawing anything useful.
I have the Thornbite Staff and i thought about it for a while but i have only 3 creatures with tap abilities in deck and while it makes 2 of the creatures go crazy it is, the chances of getting 2 out of 3 of them is pretty low.
I had black market and i liked it but i took it out for some reason that i can't remember. I like Kher Keep but i wish it would make 1/1's. To be honest i don't really Visara the dreadful and am fine with just Avatar of woe.
I don't like Death pits of Rath because it also makes your creatures vulnerable. I like Gratuitous Violence in its place, giving all my creatures essentialy double strike.
12 Swamp
10 Mountain
Some combos that are in this deck
Murderous Redcap + Mikaeus, the Unhallowed +Falkenrath Aristocrat/Ashnod's Altar infinite damage and colorless mana through persist and undying
Zealous Conscripts + Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker infinite tokens with haste
Deathbringer Thoctar + Basilisk Collar machine gun of death
Nim Deathmantle + Ashnod's Altar are pretty stupid in this deck and can combo with most of the creatures in some fashion. With Siege-Gang Commander/Grave Titan and Lyzolda, The Blood Witch we get infinite mana, tokens, and damage/draw. With Murderous Redcap infinite damage. With Bloodghast + Solemn Simulacrum search all your basic lands out and draw a good amount of cards. With Massacre Wurm/Rune-Scarred Demon/Purphoros, God of the Forge you can -2/-2 someone's board multiple times for 2 or tutor for 2, or do 2 damage to each opponent for 2 as long as you have another creature. Molten Primordial/Sepulchral Primordial are pretty much in this deck just to combo with these, stealing everyone's creatures every turn or taking all their creatures from the graveyard.

Some things to consider:
Thornbite Staff is crazy in a deck like this, it lets you combo with Kiki-Jiki for tokens, CIP abilities, sac targets...all sorts of things. It also goes well on cards like Avatar of Woe turning it into a Plague Wind on legs that works at instant speed.
Something I've come to love that I see missing is Black Market which has been completely out of control in my build, I've gotten it to 20+ tokens on it without comboing or anything.

Rakka Mar and goblin assault were put in there because i used to have Magus of the abyss along with Braids, Cabal Minion, Hell's Caretaker, and Eldrazi Monument. So i really needed all of the token generators i could use. I actually took Mogg War Marshal but my early game has slowed down a bit so i might put it back in.
Vengeful Pharaoh was a card i decided to try out, but i have found it very lackluster.
