So after experimenting with Thraximundar I was looking to make an agrro edh so scolling though the list i came upon Tarox Bladewing and after goofing off the a little bit a was came up with this Hope you enjoy it
Tarox is a Little better because He costs 1 less so I can equip Sycthe After and put some on a 2 turn clock and I wanted to play a future sighted commander
First off, can you please fix your tags?
Use the deck tags around your deck, because they are linking incorrectly.
Second of all, Rorix is indeed probably better because you don't have a reliable way to get scythe out anyway. It matters because Rorix needs only 4 swings while Tarox needs 6 (that's a big difference!)
As for the actual deck, it seems very unfocused. You have a mini-dragon theme as well as a mini-goblin theme. While Goblin Guide is quite good in standard 20 life, it is quite awful in EDH, even in 1v1. Same with several other cards: Goblin Wardriver, Hero of Oxid Ridge (there aren't as many 0-1 power guys in EDH), Tunnel Ignus, Grim Lavamancer, etc.
If you do want to do a goblin tribal deck, you may want to reconsider your general to focus on Goblins (Kiki-Jiki is your best bet). Then your goblin tutors can search up some goblin lords (goblin king, goblin chieftain, etc) and utility goblins (gempalm incinerator). If you're willing the splash Wort, Boggart Auntie is great for tribal goblins (recurring gempalm incinerator is awesome) as well as stronger cards, card draw, and recursion. I also really like Mana Echoes for great mana production in tribal.
Other sub-optimal cards are the one shot LD cards like Melt Terrain, Stone Rain, and Molten Rain. If you want some LD, either use mass LD or get some utility lands like Dust Bowl, Wasteland, and Tectonic Edge which can be fetched with Expedition Map, which can be recurred with Goblin Welder.

I kinda think that the battle cry should stay in because kiki jiki can copy which can get really devastating however you are right about the other ones (cept ingus beacause ramp is getting so heavy on cocktrice). if you have any suggestions with what to replace that would be great!
and i think that you may have mistaked tribal goblins (the tutors are just in there for kiki)
And Speaking of Kiki I only had exarch in there to be part of kikis package so any other suggjestions of what to put in for kiki would be great
I agree; Kiki-Jiki makes a much more solid general than either Rorix or Tarox. He takes advantage of enter the battlefield effects. The deck may not be as aggro anymore, but you get a more combo-controllish build, at least for mono-red. It is a bit more resilient than just straight up aggro.
A card I like a lot is Hoarding Dragon to tutor for artifacts. You don't need it, but having a creature sacrifice outlet will let you basically draw an artifact and play it that turn (with Kiki Jiki and Hoarding Dragon), instead of having to wait until the end of turn to sac Hoarding Dragon, when you can't even play that artifact anymore.

Other bad/subpar EDH cards: Smash/Smash to Smithereens (you'll get more use out of Shattering Spree in mono-red), Hornet Cannon, Hunted Dragon (can find more efficient beaters although it can be used politically), Chandra Nalaar (Chandra Ablaze is usually better and Nalaar's effects are too small), Tormentor Exarch
If you want to go aggro (efficiently), tribal is a good place to start

With that in mind, some great creatures to copy are: Bogardan Hellkite, Inferno Titan, and Avalanche Riders.
