I want this deck to play as a semi competitive build of a grixis planeswalker control (no combos please) deck that has a bit of stax (only for creatures, no land destruction) mixed into it.
Honestly cut Wonder for Dragon Wings. You can cycle the enchantment off then it will auto rez and equip on thrax every time you cast him giving him flying. It is very spiffy for thrax.
In my mind you also have a lot of planeswalkers that you might consider cutting. Smaller effect planeswalkers such as Jace Beleren can be very underwhelming to draw later in the game and they are very difficult to defend. You are usually better off using something like Thirst for Knowledge instead.
I would also consider running like 8-10 mana stones. Getting Thrax out before turn 7 is very important. When I ran my deck I usually shot for getting him in play by turn 5 at the latest. I had one game where I landed him on turn 3 which was totally sexy but it took like my entire hand to do it and then I got ganged up against and killed first lol.
I would probably trash the Treasure Mage package. Memnarch rarely accomplishes anything just because he is such a threat that everyone kills him fast. You might keep the Wurmcoil Engine but I think the Myr Battlesphere is junk in most edh decks. He is ok for giving chump blockers but so is reassembling skeleton.
You might consider cutting Grave Pact just due to your low creature numbers. You have a few rez guys but your numbers are a bit low. You could also add or turn it into Butcher of Malakir which is the pact on legs who can activate off of himself as well.
One thing to keep in mind while using Grixis colors is that you don't have green, so you don't have the mana ramp to keep up with other decks, and you don't have white, so there is a lot less synergy with artifacts and Enchantments (for instance Sharuum can get away with running less of certain things due to the inherent synergy there). Because of this, you will need to run a good deal more artifact ramp (I run about 10 pieces+37 lands) and you might want to consider using at least one combo. Grixis colors are simply made for combo: there are a bunch of combos in blue and red (kiki-Jiki+pestermite, Palinchron+Sneak Attack, Splintertwin plus that new untapper from NPH, Turnabout+Reiterate, etc.), while black has the tutors to find the pieces. Almost every Storm based combo in legacy at least starts with B/U/R. While you may not like it, combos allow you to fall behind other decks (which will happen against highly tuned decks of other colors), and still manage to pull out a win. It's dirty, but I would never call the Grixis mascot (Nicol Bolas) a very nice/clean character.
Oh and definitely add Solemn Simulacrum-one of the few mana ramp spells we can play, plus he sacs well.

I dont like combos (should have stipulated that beforehand) and those suggestions have no relevance to the deck's theme whatsoever.
So.... thanks for the help but no thanks
