This is my favorite three color combination, which means that the deck has become a showcase for some of my favorite cards in those colors. The deck, naturally, has a prominent token theme, but along with that I've included answers to a wide variety of situations. Most of said answers come in the form of creatures with good CiP abilities, which lends to the deck a virtual card advantage. In addition to the creature base, I've included quite a number of artifacts and enchantments that will bolster your creatures, provide additional answers, as well as other extremely useful effects.
A Note on the General:
The most recent errata for Hazezon Tamar's abilities have made him much more versatile.
Now, his Sand Warrior Army is created by a delayed triggered ability, which is created by Hazezon's "comes into play" triggered ability; the delayed triggered ability resolves the next upkeep after Hazezon entered play. Best of all, his Sand Warriors are no longer dependent on Hazezon remaining in play; they are, however, all exiled when he leaves play. We can dodge this drawback by sacrificing Hazezon while the delayed trigger for his ability is on the stack, before the Sand Warriors enter play.
I've had poor experiences with Skullmulcher in my Rith deck (back when Hazezon was at the helm), I feel like Harmonize is better in most situations since it's not a dud if I don't have anything on board. I've since replaced the 'Muncher with Predator Dragon. That thing was 20/20 just the other night when I cast it! If you're going to have just one card specifically included to devour your tokens, this guy is it. Also, consider Dragon Broodmother, that guy is usually straight up better than Verdant Force most of the time.
I run Echoing Courage instead of Overrun. I like that it's an instant at less than half the cost. How relevant is trample when you plan on swarming people?
Is Apsect of Mongoose good for you? It doesn't look like it does much in this deck...

Both Skullmulcher and Predator Dragon are terrible if you don't have creatures to devour. In you example, I would usually rather have an 11/11 and draw 8 cards than a 20/20 haste flier.

Agreed, devour stuff is awful by itself, that's why I think only one should be run. But, in the ideal situation where we have tokens to eat, I'd prefer Dragon since it has the possibility to come out of nowhere and kill someone. To each his own.
Heh, I get a lot of flak for running Springjack Pasture, but it kept me in a game where drew nothing but my filter lands, Wasteland, and this. Besides, I plan on killing someone with Goats one day...

Aspect of Mongoose is primarily for protecting my token producing creatures; especially Hazezon, since his ability takes a turn to work. I've included lots of protection for him, but AoM is really tough to get rid of.
Can't believe I forgot Vitu-Ghazi. I'm switching it with Skarrg.
I'd take out Chandra for sure. I also prefer Aura Shards over Artifact Mutation and Aura Mutation because it is easier to tutor for and can destroy many artifacts/enchantments when in play. There are better token makers than Verdeloth.
Chandra has proven to be amazing in this deck - instant ultimate with Doubling Season in play, and she survives. Aside from that, she can be good creature removal in a pinch. I would like to find a place for Aura Shards, however, I'm not taking out the Mutations. They're cheap, instant speed removal that makes a huge army in a game of EDH. Doesn't anyone in your group play high CMC artifacts and enchantments? They sure do in mine. Also, again, think Doubling Season.:D
Updated the list with my newest changes. I've had quite a bit of success with the deck so far; not to mention a lot of fun. I dropped both of the lieges for more powerful creatures, and added in a few fun things like Invincible Hymn. Wouldn't mind dropping Chandra after some more testing.

Kamahl, Fist of Krosa. Because Overrun seems really good when you can do it multiple times at instant speed. I've thought of switching him for Overrun; I just need to get one. Hour of Reckoning. Tokens? Seems good. Also, you seem to lack wrath effects. Yes, I would like to add in a sweeper or two. Eladamri's Call. Creature tutor. Self-explanatory. Good - need to find room Spawning Pit. In case someone tries to Wrath on your parade. So to speak. Good - need to find room Idyllic Tutor. Because you won't always draw Season. Good - need to find room

More than anything, I need ideas for what to take out.......
Vicious Shadows should go in over Goblin Bombardment. I know the ability to sacrifice is valuable, but the effect of Shadows is far more devastating.
I've always thought VS is overcosted, and overrated, but I may try it. Bombardment lets me go infinite with Reveillark & Karmic Guide.
Knight of New Alara gives Tamar's tokens +3/+3
Yea, but he only benefits two other creatures in the deck....
Possible Cuts:
Blinding Angel - reduced power in multiplay, no synergy. Just added her, and I'd like to test her out (and she has synergy with reveillark). I've seen her have a HUGE impact on a game.
Archon of Justice - no synergy Really? No synergy? Kiki-Jiki? Tooth and Nail?
Invincible Hymn - no synergy Probably come out later, but it's fun.
I took out Overrun and added in Kamahl, Fist of Krosa - He's already proven to be much better. I also added in a Deranged Hermit; the first game I played after adding him, I killed someone with 24 squirrels, each of which was a 4/4 with haste.

Neat deck, I've always loved Hazezon. How about a Sylvan Library? You've got a deck shuffle every 2-3 turns.
Sylvan Library is a great card, and I would love to work it in; especially since I can tutor it out rather easily
I know exactly what you mean Trout; Rhys is another amazing card that I haven't gotten around to testing.
I've also been thinking about finding a place for Riftsweeper; a few reasons:
1) Lots of RFG effects in EDH.
2) Academy Rector RFGs itself with its effect - shuffling it back in and tutoring it back out would be fun.
3) Works with Lark.
Now what I really need are suggestions for what to take out
First - you can blink Haz-been. If he leaves play before his tokens arive his leaves play ability resolves before his tokens come into play. So he can die and his tokens can live to fight another day.
Second - Blinking Haz-been more than once is not so good.
Third - Doubling season does not double loyalty counters on Planeswalkers as they come into play. It does double counters as abilities are played.
In my testing I found the following cards to be pretty fantastic with Haz-Been
Spells:
Survival of the Fitest (green staple, and simply amazing in this deck)
Reap and Sow and Crop rotation (preferably into Gaea's Cradle)
Explosive Vegitation
Hunting Wilds
Recross the Paths
Rise of the Hobgoblins
Mwonvuli Acid Moss
Enlightened Tutor
Sterling Grove
Decree of Justice
Parallax Wave (SOOOOO GOOOOOD)
Defense of the Heart
Creatures:
Vigor (an absolute MUST!)
Rhys
Any "on-color" lieges (especially the r/w one because he can be reanimiated with 'Lark) - I prefer Wilt-Leaf, Tolsmir, and balefire
Karmic Guide
Dust Elemental
Stonecloaker
Emeria Angel
Seedguide Ash (too funny)
Rampaging Baloths
Admonition Angel (Sooo much fun)
Avenger of Zendikar
Saffi (great with other sacrafice outlets and token generating creatures)
Land:
Fetches (works well with landfall)
Gaea's Cradle
Oran-Rief, the Vastwood
Generally I've gave up on the following cards (in testing):
Bogardan Hellkite
Verdant Force
Almost anything with Devour
Derranged Hermit
Riftsweeper
Archon of Justice
Greater Garg's
Mana Reflection
Spells that only get one basic land (rampant growth, etc)
Lightning greaves (I've found that I don't typically care if they kill my dudes)
Akroma's Memorial (special abilities to tokens with no pumping just doesn't cut it)
Priviliged Position (same reasons as Greaves)
Congregation at dawn (seems like it kills your draws when you need answers)
Generally I tend to return creatures (stonecloaker and dust elemental)rather than sac them - unless it's direct damage (like goblin bombardment - which is awesome). And static sacrifice outlets that you can use prior to the sandwarriors coming in are always better than after they come in (like most devour cards). Instant speed sacrificing is always tech here so you can avoid Exile spells and no longer require riftsweeper - and take advantage of Reveilark Shenanigans. I'm currently testing Gluttunous Slime as well - but I'm not sure of how I'll like it.
Also, I've been utilizing damage based removal in addition to things like Wrath, rout, and DoJ - stuff like Savage Twister and Starstorm have been pretty tech for some funny wins with Vigor. Vigor is also tons of fun with doubling season (providing you can keep either of them on the board....lol). I've found that the damage based removal is a good substitute for Naya Charm.
Generally of all the cards I've abandoned, congregation at dawn is the single largest disapointment. It turns off all of your land fetching and deck searching, in addition to removing your chance of drawing the often required removal spell that's needed for the win. Most often, this deck just needs one dude to win (vigor, Lark, a liege, or Khamal) and it's just easier to go get that one guy with Survival or Eladimiri's call, or even worldly tutor.
Green and white really require Saffi, Karmic Guide, 'Lark and Survival of the fitest. These 4 cards do STUPID things together. Everything else is cake.
Third - Doubling season does not double loyalty counters on Planeswalkers as they come into play. It does double counters as abilities are played.
10/1/2005: Doubling Season affects cards that "enter the battlefield with" a certain number of counters. Triskelion, for example, would enter the battlefield with six +1/+1 counters on it rather than three.
actually they do come in with double the counters. silly doubling season. gotta love a sarkhan that can instantly make dragons.
Well, I haven't updated this thread in a while, but I've been working on some revisions to this deck in the last few month or so. Some of the newest additions have been simply amazing so far. Most notably, Avenger of Zendikar was tailor made for this deck, and is Kiki-Jiki's new favorite toy. Then WotC printed Avenger's other best friend, Primeval Titan. I haven't tested her yet, but Elspeth Tirel seems promising. Anyway, below is a list of all of the most recent additions.
The addition of Elspeth Tirel prompted me to add the Knight-Captain. Honestly, I don't know why I wasn't running him before; he has amazing synergy with so many existing elements of the deck, and adds a touch of strategic defense.
I think Sneak Attack will work a lot better now; since the addition of cards like Avenger, Titan, and Wurmcoil Engine.
Asceticism replaced Privileged Position . Being able to regenerate my creatures in response to Elspeth Tirel's ultimate seems good.
I added High Market to take advantage of Hazezon's errata.
As always, my list in the first post contains all the updates.

Saproling Burst. Because it's good alone and absolutely nuts with Doubling Season.
Deadwood Treefolk. He just seems really good, and he works well the times I've seen him played. He sort of backfires with Season though, so maybe not.
