I present to you my latest creation. This bad boy is meant to be a very casual deck, with a lot of emphasis on creature types. I haven't made a "creature types matter" type of deck in a while and figured Higure would be a great candidate for it.
I'm not going to point out all the little combos, but just wanted to point out some of the key cards.
Griffin Canyon, Swarmyard, Mishra's Factory, etc. - These all provide benefits to any creature when you can switch creature types.
Wanderwine Prophets can give me a bunch of turns by sacrificing any creature, Vedalken Aethermage can bounce any creature while also cycling to search for some of my changelings. Knight of the Mists can destroy any creature and Coastal Drake can bounce any creature, Callous Oppressor can steal any creature, Peer Pressure can often grab everyone's creatures as long as I have more creatures than them. Even Notorious Throng and Knowledge Exploitation can often be played for prowl costs just by changing creature types.
Plus there's a bunch of creatures that play nicely with getting bounced via Ninjitsu like Wu Spy, Vendilion Clique and Thalakos Seer. Mix in a little bit of countermagic and various utility cards and you have a pretty lean and mean, yet casual deck.
Along the lines of "cards that work well with mistblade shinobi", gilded drake is a freaking house. I'd take out, maybe, aether figment? I'm not sure what the utility of that thing is.
You might want to consider a larger equipment count. Higure is pretty impressive as a voltron since he's one of just a handful of (semi-)unblockable generals. In my higure deck I usually end up trying to kill people via general damage, with the other ninjas for utility and whatnot.
callous oppressor is amazing, btw. Glad someone else is using it besides me...repeatable control effects are boss.
feel free to check out my higure deck for ideas, if you want 'em...it's in my sig.
Made a couple changes. Took out Aether Figment for Gilded Drake. Also took out Thalakos Deceiver and some other creature (can't remember lol) for Tatsumasa and Empyrial Plate.
SECRET TECH - Infinite turns with Tatsumasa, Wanderwine Prophet, and Amoeboid Changeling, if you have 6 mana and can connect with Wanderwine Prophet
