The deck is MWC with the aim to assemble the infinite exile combo with Mangara. To do this, we use Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth to attain infinite colorless mana, and Umbra Mantle + Mangara to repeatedly tap and untap him, putting his exile ability on the stack.
I'm not seeing the purpose of Lin Sivvi. I can only find one target in the Mirror Entity. She can't get Crib Swap btw.
Martyr of Sands seems weak here. Mother of Runes probably should be 8.5 Tails.
You can also use sac outlest with Mangara, especially with a recursion engine. Helm of Possession for example works really well.
Needs more Skullclamp. It's probably the second best draw engine in white, behind Land Tax, and it's tutorable. If you need more token fodder, Elspeth works nicely, as does Mobilization and Decree of Justice. Tokens also work well with Helm of Possession and other sac outlets.
@darcanegel
magewright's stone and puppet strings, even jandor's saddlebags may be too limiting in interactions and some require too much mana for efficient use.
@Telekinesis
Nooo! damn oracle text has changed Lin Sivvi to rebel permanents ;(
With sivvi gone, crib swap and mirror entity are now pretty bad (although entity could still make my guys infinitely large with infinite mana). I like the idea of decree, skullclamp, and the helm of posession. Also puts up Order of Whiteclay for consideration if I have consistent dedicated sac-outlets (maybe land based).
Now, we have a slight token theme going on with Academy rector fetching mobilization, and skull clamp feeding off soldier tokens. Helm of Posession, blasting station, and High market are the sac outlets that will try to put Mangara into the yard for our recursion guys (Reveillark, sun titan, karmic guide) to recur. Blasting station as an off combo with reveillark/karmic guide. Helm controls creatures. High market doubles as lands.
