I've decided its time to build another edh deck, and as I was scrolling through all of the generals, I came across Mageta the Lion.
This list was initially a MWS list for a while, and I've decided to build it in paper.
The Deck:
Ever wish for one more wrath effect, or someone to shut done that annoying token player at the table? Facing a massive army? This general could be for you. This deck provides a nearly infinite amount of board wipe on demand. While this may make you something of a target, it will make people think twice about sending an alpha strike your way.
Pros:
Reusable board wipe
Between the prison effects and remove it is easy to lock players out of the game
Cons:
Mageta can draw hate for being such a potential disruptive general
Requires cards in hand to be useful
Deck History:
My first three EDH decks where all esper colors so I decided that I should try something different, and after much searching I found Mageta the Lion. I ultimately decided on him because my meta has seen the rise of tokens and other large hoard decks. I initially build this deck on MWS as nothing but board wipe effects, but over time I've added prison and enchantment sub-themes.
Inheritance seems really good for the deck, so you won't need a land tax or skullclamp all the time for infinite wraths.
EDIT: or failing that, Armistice.

@OCPunisher: Cauldron of souls could result in stupid things especially with Yosei
Do you think that running 12 sweepers in addition to the general is too much? is there something that should go in here ins't?
