Zhang Fei(張飛) is one of the most powerful hero in the Romance of Three Kingdoms. He is the general of Shu, and a blood brother of Liu Bei(劉備, Emperor of Shu Empire) and Guan Yu(關羽, Also general of Shu).
He has horsemanship and vigilance. He is a warrior and a soldier. He is almost unblockable so I make the deck with lots of equipment and soldier-pump spells.
I make him instead of Liu Bei, Lord of Shu because he is not so better general for EDH than his blood brothers Guan Yu or Zhang Fei.
Honestly, it seems pretty solid. I'm always a big fan of Ghostly Prison-type cards to stall against tokens or whatever, but that's me. Otherwise, I might use Return to Dust over Kor Santifiers just because I think I'd rather have the utility than a bear (instant OR kill two vs. a 2/2 vanilla + sorcery-speed kill one). Not sure you need more spot removal for either of those types of cards.
Maybe Icatian Lieutenant for a late-game mana sink, but I have no clue how good he is.
Reveillark really wants to be paired with Karmic Guide.
I'd consider dropping Soltari Priest and Elite Vanguard-- they're simply weenies that contribute nothing to a victory through general damage. I'd switch the Priest with Soltari Visionary for the enchantment hate (or put back in Kor Sanctifiers), and swap the Vanguard with the 'Lark.

Replaced Quietus Spike to Fireshrieker since it's better to increase general damage in this deck.

Armored Ascension can helps make your general huge. Kjledoran Outpost can pump out soldier tokens for you. Sigil of Distinction is a nice late game mana sink. And Darien, King of Kjledor helps make soldiers for your damage. Decree of Justice is pretty good at making soldiers also. You could probably also use Strip Mine or Ghost Quarter to deal with problem lands.

Also, Marshal's Anthem is probably better than Crusade.
