Kalonia Behemoth, Protean Hydra, Mossbridge Troll, Sekki, Season's Guide- All lack evasion and a utility function. You already have a non-trampling, hard-to-kill fattie in your general; I don't think you need more.
Mosstodon- When said fatties are removed, you no longer need this guy. It's not as if he can help Multani, either.
Treefolk Harbinger- I don't see a lot of promising targets for this card, and grabbing a land seems like a waste.
Thicket Elemental- Risky with green's lack of library manipulation.
Seedguide Ash- I'm not fond of mana acceleration that costs five and yet requires another condition to be met to fufill it's goal.
I have to admit, I'm stumped after eight. Hopefully some of that helps you get started.
Desert Twister costs too much; I'd take it out, or replace it with Utopia Vow or Lignify (which Treefolk Harbinger can grab). While it can destroy any permanent, it costs far too much at 4GG, and you can already consistently
Erratic Portal, in my opinion, probably won't do much. AT most, it means that your opponents might need to keep an additional mana open. This normally wouldn't automatically mean it shouldn't be in the deck, but I really can't see much else you could cut out. There's just too much good stuff.

What do you think? Any thoughts? I am very happy with how this turned out. I must say that building a creature deck is really hard. I am a control / combo player at heart so...I like to think that I am much better at building those types of decks. But...I was determined to make a creature based deck...and Multani, Maro-Sorcerer has always caught my attention and ridiculously strong. His lack of evasion annoys me but...I like him anyway.
