Been considering Crystal Ball just haven't gotten my hands on one yet.
More mana acceleration and less fatties is something I've considered and am still considering but as of right now being a little slower and more resilient with more options is working for me with my playgroup. If I were to add more acceleration it would definitely be Kodama's Reach, Cultivate, Skyshroud Claim, and Explosive Vegetation.
Which fatties would be the best option to take out?

You could probably benefit from more mana accel (and fewer fatties). Try some of the sorcery ones: Hunting Wilds, Explosive Vegetation, Skyshroud Claim, Cultivate, etc.
The swords would also be good in here, giving you card advantage, removal, and protection in a color that normally can't get them. Sword of Light and Shadow, Sword of Fire and Ice.
Also I prefer All is Dust over Disk.
