So I noticed when testing my Ma Chao EDH build that Ma Chao didn't actually do much of the work as far as killing my opponents went. Most of the time, it was one of the other legends in the deck that simply strapped on a bunch of equipment and beat my opponent's face in in a couple of hits. Adamaro seemed to excel at this, especially with a Whispersilk Cloak on him. I decided to tweak the build for Adamaro, and this is what came out:
"We have no need for military might. We wield two of the sharpest swords ever forged: Faith in our left hand, Wealth in our right." -Vuliev of the Ghost Council of Orzhova
"Violence is the last refuge of the incompetent." -Salvor Hardin
first thing i saw was you have adamaro twice, general and in creature section, probably forgot to move ma cho there. Your spellbinder looks to have limited choices, but those you have are potential game enders.
My bad on Adamaro in the creatures--that's supposed to be Anger. I pulled Ma Chao from the Adamaro build since it makes more sense to find ways to give Adamaro haste.

If you want your opponent's hand size to remain big, Winter Orb and Boom//Bust can be helpful. Wildfire also works as a sweeper.
Gauntlet of Power may be useful as well, and Extraplanar Lens can help with mana production also. And you have less of a chance helping opponents, as your lands are snow covered.
Wheel of Fortune and Wheel of Fate can fill your opponent's hand. The only problem is it may also give them an answer.
"I will flay the skin from your flesh and the flesh from your bones and scrape your bones dry. And still you will not have suffered enough." -Greven il-Vec, to Gerrard
I saw another Adamaro list, may have been tuned for 1 on 1, but it kind of played like owling mine back in CHK standard. It used Land Destruction and land control to stop opponents from playing, thus keeping Adamaro very fat. Might be worth a look, possibly a little more cutthroat than you'd like, but it looked strong on paper.
Sudden Impact is a second Gaze of Adamaro. And since mono-red is probably the weakest mono-colored EDH color there is, I wouldn't have second thoughts on including Vicious Shadows, which also goes along with the hand size theme. I would definitely consider the Winter Orb/Static Orb type lock down to keep their hand size big.
The first cards I think of here are Magus of the Moon and Blood Moon. They're the quintessential red resource-denial spells. Ruination is pretty good, too.
Kiki-Jiki looks lonely, with only eight cards in the deck that he can actually copy. I like Kiki-Jiki, but he may not be appropriate for this particular list; maybe Magus of the Moon could fit in that spot.

Reliquary Tower may be better than Library of Leng by providing you with another mana source.
Do you have enough instants to really use and abuse Braid of Fire?

Anvil of Bogardan - opponents have no maximum hand size.
