I've been playing EDH for some time now and I was hoping to get some advice from everyone here to help fine tune my decks. The deck I am presenting today is Mangara of Corondor. I like Mangara as a mono white control type general. While I believe the deck is good, I am looking for some suggestions to improve the deck and also to see how everyone likes this build. Any advice would be greatly appreciated :).
@The Grey King: Both the chalice and the stone could possibly make it into the deck. I tend to use mangara a lot so having the mana to replay her is important. Anything you feel doesn't warrant a spot? I'm already having trouble cutting stuff.
@bitterroot: I do like magewright stone but it is just a poor thousand-year elixir. Mangara is also the only creature in the deck that can even take advantage of it. It can't even do the funny other things that elixir does like untap pristine angel after declaring attack. Safe Haven is a possibility, I like the idea of using it with crucible of worlds. Really wish it made mana though (oh wait urborg! hmm maybe...)

General
Mangara of Corondor
Creatures
Artifacts
Enchantments
Instants and Sorceries
Planeswalkers
Elspeth, Knight-Errant
Lands
Plains x 28
The big combo of the deck is Basalt Monolith and Rings of Brighthearth to generate infinite mana. This can be applied to either Staff of Domination and Umbral Mantle in conjunction with Mangara of Corondor to nuke the boards of all other players. The deck also has some fun stuff like Planar Portal with Mistveil Plains for recursion and Seer's Sundial with Ghost Town, Weathered Wayfarer, and Land Tax for card draw. All comments are welcome!
Also, replace every Plains in your deck with Snow-Covered plains because of Extraplanar Lenses.
Currently 62/265 cards.
Safe Haven is beautiful with Mangara.
