Phew, it hard to design a fitting deck for a bad General While Hivis is *very* cool IMHO, he's quite useless if your opponents don't control any Dragons. And red isn't very good at making your opponents creatures into Dragons or giving them Dragon tokens or something like that. I could only find one card that lets me change the creature type...
So, I made a Viashino tribal deck! And because there aren't that many mono-R Viashino, I included a few of the lesser brethren, the Lizard
I know that swapping Hivis for Zirilan would probably make the deck better, but I did my best for Hivis
