I've got most of the deck built already, I've proxied some of it for testing. There are a couple effects the deck might want, perhaps a Scrabling Claws or a Krosan Grip in for a forest and something else, but otherwise I've got it pretty ironed out. Anyways, that's the deck. Let me know if there is something that I've missed...
I'm not an EDH vet by any means but with the insane amount of mana you can potentially produce, shouldn't something like Chameleon Colossus be in there?
I highly suggest looking at other Rofellos Decks...
The thing you should keep in mind is that turn 2 you play rofellos meaning turn 3 you have 6 mana available for you to use. You should have lots of powerful creatures and cards that cost 5 or greater. You don't need lotus cobra, elves, ranger, or any mana dork.

Survival of the Fittest?
Also, Wasteland, Dustbowl, and Strip Mine?
Dosan, of the Falling Leaf would be a City of Solitude tutorable by Pact and wordly tutor.
He started playing this yesterday with our group and i couldnt believe he didnt have the most common cards for mono green ramp, Hurricane and Stream of Life.

Survival for Sure. Can't believe I forgot that. Swap for Carnage Altar...
As for the rest...the thought had crossed my mind. I thought about adding them in alongside cycling lands and Life from the Loam, but I don't think it's needed and I couldn't find a swap for LftL. I might do it anyway even with LftL though, or swap 4 Forests in for those cards.
Also, Dosan is searchable, but dies to more removal then City does. Also, City of Solitude stops abilities from going off as well, so it's a bit more powerful, if at times being disynergistic with Instant Speed token producers...

I see Colossus as being interchangable with the Hydra, honestly...they're both big huge beaters who get better the more mana I have. Colossus is better, though.

I'd disagree, on just about all the counts. Llanowar elves and company make it so I have 3 mana on turn 2, meaning I can drop Rofellos and clamp or any other 1 mana spell, or I can play Nature's Lore and Rofellos, putting me at 8 mana at the next turn and not 6. I've found Lotus Cobra to be ridiculous with any of my land accelerants, making them all free spells or better then free (Also, Oracle of Mul Daya). It just makes dropping out my hand that much easier (Obviously after turn 4 or so it loses luster). Eladamri's Vineyard allows me to do stupid things like drop Rofellos and greaves on the same turn. Priest of Titania and Elvish Archdruid, they both make large amounts of mana, and the more guys I have to combo off with Staff of Domination the better as Rofellos tends to get offed as soon as possible. Finally, Quirion Ranger is INSANE with Rofellos, and I shouldn't even have to get into that at all. Turn 1 Mana elf. Turn 2 Rofellos, Quirion Ranger. Turn 3, Tooth and Nail entwined? Sure.
In short, I like my mana elves. They're pretty good for me, and I can't think of fat that I'd rather have then them.

Yeah, but then I need 14 mana...It's possible to get it off of Nature's Resolve or Survival, but I really resolved to not run anything that just beats and nothing else, you know? Just about everything else in the deck has some utility.

Stream of Life is absolutely horrible. What is he going to do, gain five life on turn 3, or destroy target permanent?
