My first EDH general I decided to use. Most people told me that I should just run Grand Arbiter Augustin IV instead of Gwafa Hazid, Profiteer. However, I like using Gwafa in the late game once all of the "rules" are set from my enchantments. It's basically a deck that is supposed to tax your opponent with so many rules and restrictions that it becomes near impossible for them to do anything without your permission. And once they expend their resources I bring in Gwafa for the bribing.

I incorporated some of the new RtR cards that are coming out next month. I would be greatful for any constructive criticism.
