This is my Jor Kadeen deck I've been tinkering with for a couple of months now. I think it's about as consistent as I can get a RW deck to be. Plan A is to swarm out and swing for lethal the turn Jor Kadeen comes down. Plan B is to voltron up and bash with the Prevailer himself.
I still need to get my hands on a Sword of Fire and Ice to complete the set of swords. And of course a Plateau would be welcome when I pick one up. Other than that, the deck has been working pretty well for me. Tends to take people by surprise, since it is an underrated colour combination.

I have a Jor deck that I'm very fond of myself. it's made with 1v1 in mind, but it still works very well. A few things that you may find useful!
Rakka Mar. She's an absolute powerhouse with Jor in play. 6/1 hasty tokens? Yes please! And remember that her tokens don't automatically die at EoT. Nuisance Engine. Reliable token producer, AND the tokens are artifacts for triggering Metalcraft. Metallurgeon. This one may not seem like much, but when you're playing Jor, people are going to want to kill your artifacts, and very few artifact-removal spells have regeneration denial. Rise of the Hobgoblins. You want a swarm? You got a swarm. And when you have a lot of creatures with high power, as you will with Jor in play, First Strike can make an attack into a one-sided Wrath.
You also may want to include as many cheap double-striking creatures as you can get your hands on, as well as perhaps a Fireshrieker. Double-strikers are borderline unfair with Jor turned on.
Also, I recommend replacing one of the swords of X and Y (probably War and Peace) with Loxodon Warhammer, if you can get one. It's just too good not to use in a deck like this, especially since you don't get many tramplers.
