I've yet to see a competitive WUR list, so I thought I'd try my hand at Ruhan. It has great matchups against popular decks including Edric and has tested nearly flawless.
I'm still not sure how I feel about Sunforger, but it's nice because it prevents tempo decks from being able to develop any degree of board position. I'm curious if Retaliate is worth it for the Sunforger synergy. This is still a very young list, so I would appreciate any opinions.
Aggressively casting a 7/7 with no trample or evasion is not an effective strategy in a format so loaded with tempo control. You also don't want to be tapping out on turn 2 or 3 for mana rocks.
I also play Weiss Schwarz, Chaos, Vanguard and Wixoss.
Weiss Schwarz Sets
Accel World, Angel Beats, Familiar of Zero, Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet, Guilty Crown, Kill La Kill, Robotics;Notes, Sword Art Online.
Chaos Partners
Arpeggio of Blue Steel: Iona, Kirishima, Kongou.
Dangan Ronpa: Asahina, Togami.
Freezing: Vibration: Chiffon, Satelizer.
Vanguard Clans Favoured
Angel Feather, Dark Irregulars, Genesis, Neonecter, Pale Moon, Shadow Paladins, Tachikaze.
Steelshaper's Gift is excellent. Evasive Action is so often Mana Leak in a 3 color deck that I now find it to be a staple. I love Venser, Shaper Savant in lists like this. I find Stifle to be far too narrow in this format. Merchant Scroll is pure gold.
I feel like you could drop a lot of the junk and add more card advantage. Namely: Parallax Wave Goldmeadow Harrier, Looter Ill Kor, Gideon's Lawkeeper, Miran Crusader, and Nin the Painartist. Control decks with sweepers don't need utility creatures. Your general is a three turn clock and you have plenty of planeswalkers and swords, there's no reason to run anything else.
Giving this a bit of a bump. Ruhan was unheard of when I posted this and has now become a pillar of the format since the banning of Edric. What does a modern Ruhan list look like compared to this one?

If you added in 6-7 2 drop mana rocks (signets, fellowar stone, Pentad Prism, ect) you would be able to drop Ruhan on Turn 3 pretty consistently.

Maybe Combust? It seems awfully narrow, it seems like its really only in the deck as a way to deal with Edric.

Wixoss - Just trial decks for now!
It's not too slow if you have enough artifacts worth copying, but it's pretty mediocre if you're just using it as a clone.

Card Advantage: Cerebral Vortex, Impulse, Ponder, Compulsive Research, and every blue deck in the format needs Fact or Fiction.
Dope list though. RWU is at a perfect spot in the meta.
Snap could probably be Repulse.
