As part of my quest to make core members of the Justice League into Commanders and decks in EDH I'm going to present the first work. The idea is that I will be making ~9 decks that represent core members of the Justice League - each General will represent that character, and the deck will share themes, characters, equipment, etc. to personify that character as much as I can within the deck. There are only a couple of rules;
1) The deck is themed and flavorful first. Then it's competitive. If I have to make decisions based on those two opposing factors, I will ALWAYS choose the flavorful card.
2) If a Legendary creature or a Planeswalker goes into the deck, there has to be a LEGITIMATE character that falls within THAT characters storyline.
3) All aspects of the GENERAL character should be exploited before throwing in "good" cards. If I feel the decks don't work out very well (which I'm sure will happen) I might decide to take out a theme. But before just tossing in cards that are better, I'll try to explore another theme.
The theme is pseudo "Voltron". As you've seen I've packed a LOT of board sweepers. This is mostly to abuse Konda's innate indestructibility. The game plan is to lay down Supes, and then board sweep every turn to make him "unblockable". There are several sub-themes to go along with the Superman mythology such as not having any "point" removal that destroys or deals damage. Not there's a lot of this in White to begin with - and secondary reaction of this sub-theme is that there is a lot of "exile" removal (Oblivion Ring, etc.) which will each be given altered art that represents the Phantom Zone. Then there a lot of "Arrest" effects.
In an eight player game, is anything good? Don't you just sit there countering combos until someone genesis waves for 42 after all the blue players tap out fighting over a bribery?

Cards that use Superman's abilities to get through:
Repel the Darkness
Blinding Light
I also feel like you should change the general to something U/W just so you can play Pemmin's Aura which is an anagram for I Am Superman.
Isamaru isn't a bad idea! I'll consider the other two - next time I make some cuts I'll keep them in mind.
Also, I never knew that about Pemmin's Aura. That's pretty sweet.
