No Figure of Destiny? I know it isn't quite as good in EDH as it is in standard, but you're rather light on early-drops and it is about as good a one-drop as you can get in red/white.
The thing is, I am not a big fan of planeswalkers in EDH. Planeswalkers need to bring alot to the board in order to not be cut. Chandra and Elspeth might get cut too.

I really like the concept. A few things to suggest though. For multiplayer, it's a crazy tech to add Reverse the Sands then cast a spell that damages all players. People will hate you after that though, so depending on how competitive the playgroup is, I would suggest discretion.
