It has been a matter of same debate. The "old sickly man" art is more prominent on the Thran novel art and matches the characteristics of Glacian. Yawg is young, ambitious, handsome; and it seems apparent that he is man depicted in the art of the young man in the bed with the "sinister shadow". From the way the two men are described within the book, it seems obvious which man is which in spite of the space provided for their respective artworks.
I don't have my copy of the Thran in my possession currently. I'll be sure to cite passages when able.

This is appreciated. In light of this knowledge, I shall rename/move the image to reflect this fact, that the image is of Glacian and not Yawgmoth.
