This issue's been bothering me a lot, as of late.
What should we use, "Black mage" or "black mage", as in the context of a player who plays the color black?
Also, this matter is true with Moderator and moderator. "<NAME> is a moderator of", or "<NAME> is a Moderator of"?
Please, voice your opinions here. I promise that I won't bite.:D
Also, on the issue of mana symbols - should they be added, so that they function similar to card-tags?
However, I really would push to capitalize them. They're like proper names. Or, capitalized essences if you will (like Nature, Life, Death, and Truth).
Also, I think they were capitalized in MaRo's color pie articles.

i would sya capitalyze all of them. Moderator is a place in hierarchy and is imporatnt enought for it. color should be evidently marked either by capitalyzation or by making it it's color (black would become purple). put links on colors to go to a page explaining the essential things to know about the color (A.K.A what they do: blue, counter; bounce...)

What do you mean by this?
Also, I have been encountering difficulty recently. Any sort of attempt I have at establishing why counters are in Blue, fails. It just doesn't add up.
I'm not proud of what's currently in Blue flavor (also, mostly written by me) - it's obviously incomplete and fragmented, and I think I write some things that just aren't true.
Furthermore, I felt so ready to say counters were Black when I was writing about nullification. I like... forgot... and thought it was actually true in the game (no it wasn't Dash Hopes playing a Jedi mind trick), for maybe a minute.
And then I thought about discard and how cards in hand are simultaneously like information on the one hand, and "opportunity or influence," in some broad sense, on the other. Which is more in line with what it means for Black to pay life to draw cards, for Black to discard cards as a cost (for anyone to discard cards as a cost). And that leads to difficulties accounting for Black discard - something that I thought one could be sure was right about the Pie only a year ago.
On an entirely jovial note that is almost morally admonishable to mention, you're the only person I know to liken capitalization to some sort of chemical process.

Capitolize the colors, as they are used as proper nouns. There's a specific sub-meaning of "red" denoted by "Red " (the color in magic).
"Moderator," however, need not be capitolized. Why? Because it is the normal use of the word, nothing specific to a special context. We don't have inherent capitolization of manager, priest, director, etc. These words are only capitolized if they are used in conjunction with a specific person's name as a title, in which case they are a proper noun by being a name.
EDIT: Absolutely add mana symbols. But please also add a page about when it is appropriate to sue them so that we don't get carried away.
Yeah, hi-yah guys. Sorry; I'm sort of meant to be away, but I figured; hell, who the heck who ever checks the wiki or elsewhere wouldn't notice my presence?
I thought mana symbols were added at some point... but then I may just be insane.
Hm, don't remember what the state was last year, or at the time of this comment, but now mana symbols have been added; I added them, as well as created templates to avoid all that [[Image:manaX]] crud.
I say, capitalize colors,
I think slowly that'll come to be a reality; if it isn't already.
lower case (and link) the word "moderator." Personally.
Hm,... I just went through all the staff and special users, so that should be done.
I'm not certain, though.

Hmmm... capital "M" in moderator here, there would look gross, IMO. =/

I've done that.:glee:
Anyway, I probably should have created a poll, but it looks like there are enough guiding suggestions.
Oh yeah, sorry for the oh-so timely reply and thread necro. =/

Templating? Doesn't compute.:p
No, seriously; what sense of "templating"?
Ok.
