Help is appreciated. I am looking to build mono white control. It has always been a joy to me and I would like to try it out again in the current type 2 format. Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated. Some explanations are below.
Not sure if hundred handed one is really a great plan. I may just mainboard the soldier of pantheon so I have a slight aggro plan. Not really too worried about running 1 drops because I have a lot of scry for library manipulation.
Mutavault allows me to maintain pressure post cleansing.
Thinking about dropping 1 nyxthos in favor of an additional plains. My main issue will probably be devotion decks since most of my creature control is not rooted in destruction until turn 3 or 4 so I figured nyxthos could help mana ramp into elspeth or planar cleansing earlier thanks to the devotion from arrest, pacifism and fiendslayers, etc.
I figure since heliod is indestrucible it is a great thing to have on board post cleansing since I can then use my mana to start cranking out tokens and retake the board position. Neat thing with Heliod, thanks to the vigilance effect my mutavault can attack, then still tap for mana after if I need it. Not great, but another plus side.
Unsure if I want a 3rd cleansing mainboard/sideboard?
Creature control otherwise consists of arrest and pacifism to just shut them down, divine verdicts to target kill an attacking or blocking creature, flares to help clean up anything pro white or hexproof and also stragglers. Cleansing to completely clean the board and start to re establish board prescense.
Gift of immortality seemed great with planar cleansing as it allows me to keep a paladin, hundred-handed one or archangel post cleasning. Thus helping me to maintain a decent devotion count which obviously makes my heliod much more effective.
The sideboard is mostly tailored to deal with blood baron, gods and weapons of gods.
My meta consists of quite a bit RDW, b/w aggro, b/w midrange, esper control, g/w aggro and some random janky decks.

That was actually what I was thinking while looking at your list. I've been working on something similar recently(although a bit more aggro-oriented, so your mileage may vary), but MD Soldiers can be nice, especially with an Archangel in play. Other possible 1-drops are Soulmender(again, for the Archangel more than anything), Judge's Familiar, Boros Elite, and Dryad Militant
While I know this is a mono-w deck, I would be completely remiss if I didn't mention splashing a bit of color in here, especially if you're using the scry lands. Red and black splashing gives you access to things like Boros Charm, Thoughtseize, and Blood Baron of Vizkopa. But that might not be the direction you want this deck to go, which I totally understand.

I was actually more so referencing that because I play 8 scry lands, running 1 drops doesn't really seem very productive because it will usually mean my 2nd and 3rd turns which are more crucial to have plays would suffer from CIPT lands and only dropping a soldier which can quickly and easily be dispatch leaving me more open to aggro than not running him. I thought about a U splash mostly just so I had access to supreme verdict as an earlier board wipe tp suppliment planar cleansing. Problem there is that, now I want detention sphere and that just makes it so I cast cleansing and they have a board presence again. Sphinx's revelation would be nice for card draw and what not, but then I have to actually somewhat commit to U and then I am just playing UW control. I also thought about black to run read the bones or underworld connections to add some card advantage, but the life loss seems it would be relevant for my opponent more than the card advantage for me. I did think about red. It would give me access to chained to the rocks, some burn as a way of removal and would make boros reckoner be an auto include. Again, this puts me on boros control and that isn't my goal either. My issue there is that I am looking for permanents that can add to devotion which can help me power out my planar cleansing, elspeth, etc. I may switch hundred-handed one for reckoner since he is great at blanking aggro plans better and earlier than the handsy guy who just wants to touch everyone. The advantage to reckoner is if I can drop a gift of immorality on it then my heliod is guaranteed devoted to and that could be the direction I may need to take. The 3 drop slot i feel is currently somewhat under-represented.

I like this plan. Lets you keep your current controls spells, you're still focused on mono-w, and Boros Reckoner is a devotion machine. Heliod + Reckoner means you're at 4 devotion anyways, so you're one non-land permanent away from him being active. Plus, any excuse to play Reckoner. The more I play him, the more I like him.
If you want useful multi-blockers, then why not Guardian of the Gateless? It has the advantage of being able to blocker fliers from the word go.
It is a little too slow for what I need currently. Decent idea, but if just for the fact he has flying, just doesn't seem entirely relevant. My main concern is his 3 toughness vs burn and red decks. At least when burned out reckoner pings another creature away and essentially another piece of removal for me to play.
A great one drop for Control builds are the Yoked Ox
Definitely something else that could be tested. I had some thought of using it. We'll have to see where my testing takes me. Thank you all for your suggestions thus far.
