I'm not entirely sure whether this should be in here or New Card Discussion since it incorporates cards from Theros, so if it's in the wrong place just move it, please.
Here's a RDW list I've been toying with for the upcoming standard:
Guttersnipe is an awesome trap card. The effect is really good, but I doesn't work. Too slow, on turn 3 most of the burn cards on your inicial hand are gone.
Smack some haste creatures, Ash Zealot is an auto-4 on mainboard, Legion Loyalist is somehow good too.
Too many lands too, 20 lands is good for rdw, 18 mountais and 2 mutavaults or something like that.
first, decide what kind of rdw you want to play and stick with it. you're kind of all over the place atm.
if you're going with aggro:
add more one drops (legion loyalist/maybe foundry street if you keep the pyromancers)
add burning-tree and lots of 2cmc drops
cut down heavily on the burn (move skullcrack+more to sideboard. i'm running 4 burn spells total in my blitz mainboard, with mortar, electrickery, etc. in the sb)
cut chandra and guttersnipe (too slow)
add combat tricks (dynacharge/weapon surge/rubblebelt maaka)
take ratchet bomb out of sideboard (too slow)
if you're going for big red:
move your sb into maindeck, basically. grit your teeth and pick up a playset of reckoners.
that's mostly what you can do with what you've got. moving your deck into a harder aggro will take lots of cheap, incremental changes. you have a lot of the pieces for big; the cards are a bit more expensive though, so it comes down to your meta and what kind of playstyle you prefer.
I think you meant Lightning Strike instead of searing spear there. Not sure if Guttersnipe is really what you want to be dropping on T3 since it doesn't have an immediate impact on the board (unlike Chandra's Phoenix). I'm not sure if running so much burn over creatures is the right thing to do, even if it helps your Young Pyromancer to actually be useful for once.
Also, Chandra is just too slow for a deck that wants to win on t4-5 imo.
So far, I've been liking Guttersnipe, though I understand the point. It usually gets me an extra 6 damage in at least, which is well worth it I think. I haven't been liking Young Pyromancer nearly as much, and I think I'm going to trade out that and a couple burn spells for maindeck Ash Zealots and something else.

With all this negative feedback towards Guttersnipe, I'm considering taking it out. I have been liking it so far, but if enough people think I should get rid of it, I'm willing to trust them. I'll take out a couple of lands as well, but no mutavault just because budgets.
I think the creatures will look something like this for at least a few months after rotation, along with a package of whatever burn spells you like from Theros or RtR. Not only is this going to be the base for aggro, if you plan to take a more passive route and play a wall then use burn spells and let the effects from Guttersnipe, and Young Pyromancer add up for the win, it better be able to handle this lot coming at you hard.
Here's a RDW list I've been toying with for the upcoming standard:
4 Chandra's Phoenix
3 Guttersnipe
4 Rakdos Cackler
4 Young Pyromancer
4 Annihilating Fire
4 Magma Jet
4 Searing Spear
4 Shock
4 Skullcrack
23 Mountain
2 Ratchet Bomb
2 Ash Zealot
4 Mindsparker
3 Burning Earth
1 Chandra, Pyromaster
3 Mizzium Mortars
What do you think?

And yes, I meant lightning strike.
