I haven't seen many decks that focus of creatures dying that give effects as opposed to coming into battlefield triggers. Here is a first attempt at it:
Basically the idea is to see if your opponent will either block your attacks or try to into your creatures. As can be seen in the deck list, there is discard to slow your opponents down, life loss and gain to keep the pressure on and reanimation as a combo win. Also with Demonlord of Ashmouth you have a way to sacrifice creatures to gain the die triggers as well have a large creature.
Immortal Servitude is best set at either 2 or 4 depending on play.
Liliana of the Veil adds that discard pressure which also can help out Immortal Servitude, also as an added twist, the ultimate can be used on yourself to take advantage of the die triggers. Also the new planeswalker rule will help out a lot for the deck!!!
Looks fun, a lot of good synergies, but I think you made the common mistake of trying to push a theme too much. Cards like driver of the dead and soulcage fiend seem quite bad. 8 of the discard cats seem a little high too. I would adapt this deck so that you abuse wrath and sacrifice effects like mutilate and slum reaper. Cards like Varolz, the scar-striped, gravecrawler, and the previously mentioned geralf's messenger. Looks like it will be a lot of fun regardless of what path you take. good luck.

Ravenous Rats to replace Drainpipe Vermine, much quicker discard also it ups the two cost count to make Immortal Servitude better.
Bloodthrone Vampire to replace Falkenrath Noble, it combos better with the other cards.
Geralf's Messenger to replace Slum Reaper.

The only thing that needs to be done is a sideboard and if the land count is too high.
