So, what do you think about assemble the legion? I think that in a deck that can keep the board clean (lot of sweeper, like an American control) you can just drop this card and win. You even can wrath and get a new bunch of token after. The card is the nuts but I don't see any discussion about it. I think it will bring back the true UWR control. I'll like other opinions from you please!

Seems like a decent win condition. Is it better than other options though is honestly the question.

In life all we can do is try to make things better. Sitting lost in old ways and fearing change only makes us outdated and ignorant.
Peace cannot be kept by force. It can only be achieved by understanding.

Millions of innocent men, women and children, since the introduction of Christianity, have been burnt, tortured, fined and imprisoned; yet we have not advanced one inch towards uniformity.
I honestly love this in a control list. You just drop it and let it grow. I'm working on a list and will let you know when I have some results and fine tuning done.

I'm looking foward at this! I think that a 3 assemble and 2 entreat the angels win con package is good : assemble the legion is good in the hand and entreat is still there to says oops, I win. I also really like jace, AoT in the very fast future metagame. My only concern right now is about Obzedat, Ghost Council (I think it will saw a lot of play) : we don't have the tools in UWR control to deal with a 5 thoughness creature at instant speed (we can play some ankward solution like the new pongify of rebuke...)

With the manafixing available, there is much benefit gained from playing 4C with green in the package. Helps you get to sweepers a turn faster, and.. let's you play Alchemist's Refuge. I love sweeping at the beginning of the opponent's attack phase.
I'm definitely playing this card in my non-creature OmniDoor as a wincon all on it's own, which still lets me sweep.
Intangible Virtue is in the board just in case a tokens strategy becomes competitive and Illness in the Ranks becomes a popular sideboard card. An argument can be made to main deck Intangible Virtue, but I feel this starting list should be a little conservative.
So, the game plan: stabilize, draw cards, and then win.
Also, the mana base is a little greedy with shocks as this is a fairly pure control deck (minus lacking a couple more counterspells). Of course, the mana base will require some tuning as well.

Alright, so lets say your commander is Riku of Two Reflections. Combo commander, to be sure, but lets push this into the realm of absurd. You cast Palinchron and do your Riku thing to make infinite mana because we're going to need it. Forget about your extra Palinchron tokens. A million flying 4/5s is boring. So now you cast Enter the Infinite, because drawing your deck is important. Follow it up with a Obstinate Familiar because not decking yourself is equally important. Laboratory Maniac could work here too, but we're gonna go some more levels deep. Cast a Greater Good because we want a tasteful sac outlet. Follow this up with Parallel Lives, Doubling Season,Copy Enchantment, Clever Impersonator, Mycosynth Latice, Phyrexian Metamorph, and Copy Artifact giving you 6 double token effects. Here's where it gets fun now. Cast a Reef Worm. Sac it to greater good and get 256 Fish, which you sac to get 65,536 whales, which you sac to get 16,777,216 Krakens. Are we done yet? Nope! Cast Thromok the Insatiable, devouring all your krakens to make a 281,474,976,710,656/281,474,976,710,656 Thromok. Where do we go from here though? Let your opponent cast Death Mutation on him! Why, that's 7.20575940x10^16 tokens! Good thing we have Body Double to make another Thromok the Insatiable who will be a 5.19229686x10^33/5.19229686x10^33! Seems big enough, but not for us! Since we're red anyways, lets cast a Furnace of Rath, Dictate of the Twin Gods, and a Fire Servant! Now it's time to Fling your guy, dealing a spicy 4.15383749x10^34 damage to your opponent. To put that in perspective, there are an estimated 3x10^23 stars in the known universe. You dealt more damage than there are stars. That'll give your opponent something to think about. PROTIP: Dodge Spellskite decks
It seems like enchantments are going to be coming back in a lot of lists. Control decks will need to answer all these tokens whether its with illness in the ranks/Curse of Death's Hold/Detention sphere. The only concern is that while this thing is charging up it gets nuked because everyone is boarding Ray of Revelations. 5 mana for nothing seems bad. Perhaps a G1 win strategy but G2 on I would look for a different out. Even Mill jace to replace them would be funny. They board all this hate for enchantments and then they have a handful of dead cards.
So I gave Assemble the Legions a shot in a UWR control list with Terminus and Supreme Verdict (and Entreat the Angels) and the deck ran extremely well at my FNM. I was 3-1 with my only loss coming on a 2-1 vs Boros Aggro in which he got 2 Hellrider in play by turn 5 (my turn 4) and I failed to hit a 5th land drop and didn't see either board wipe :-/. Outside of that it was really satisfying wiping the board and dropping a ton of hasters into play the next turn.:cool2:
So upon testing this card in the sb of my flash deck, I have come to the conclusion that at this moment, this card is the nut.
Played it last night, and it was awesome against bant control (drownyard bant), and esper control. It was also awesome in repeated testings against Jund. My friend actually put golgari charm in his sb just to deal with it. Highlight of the night was when bant control in desperation wiped a board of tokens. Untapped, made 5 tokens, hit for 5 damage. He verdicts again, untap, hit for 6.
Don't know if it's maindeckable, but it makes a great sb card, and is a lot of fun to play.
I could also picture Wolf-Run Bant running this as a one-of. Powering this off on turn 4, and having repeatable threats to kessig wolf-run without fear of punishment seems sweet.
