Basic idea is to get out as many creatures and beef them up. While doing so, having plenty of removal for the opponent bringing out anything. The only cards i'm unsure of is chandra, and i hate to say it, but blood artist.
thinking about 4 rakesh heir, it works wonderfully. Not sure if marklov blademaster is great either. Just wanted to see what people are thinking for a post rotation Tier 1 vampire aggro . Suggestions welcome.
I think you need to change up a great deal of the creatures and spells. The best vampires are vampire nighthawk and Falkenrath Aristocrat, and they aren't even in your list as full four-ofs. Also 22 lands are not enough if you expect to be using 5 mana spells. Slaughter Games is not a mainboard card and Curse of stalked prey is not worth it either.
I think your going to have to play some kind of vampire midrange to win, there are not enough good vampires to make for a tier one aggro deck. They just didn't get any support from Ravnica, all the good cheap black guys are zombies.
I think this is about as helpful as I can be, in reality there probably is no reason to play vampires over zombies, because the best vampires actually work better with Gravecrawler and Messenger.

Not sure if I agree with all the changes.
Things I liked:
Sign in blood - fantastic, i think most strong black decks have this, for two mana, get more card advantage
Blood crypt - of course, but may not be in my budget, hopefully i'll pull some!
Things I have questions about:
Falkenrath Aristocrat - I realize how good of a card this is, but i won't be using it to its full advantage because of the lack of humans. Can you explain more why this is critical to have here?
looking forward to the results! i think its solid, i think i'll play test mine as well and let you guys know. From the games i've played, it seems a little week with preventing other removal and board sweepers. not sure how to prevent that playing B/R though.
Very vulnerable to things like 0-ring, and day of judgement...which makes the counters dissapper. I really liked the curse of the player card, doubles the counters earlier, especially if you get stromkirk noble going! also, rakesh heir worked very well for me, its a 3cc, and doubles the counters on things like noble, makes nighthawk stronger for life gain (esp using all those sign in bloods). and cavern is amazing in pure vampire decks. I need to get my hands on 2 more copies.
interested for more posts, and seeing what people are making/thinking. thanks
Personally, I think I would much rather use Bloodline Keeper in place of Vampire Nocturnus. It sucks that he doesn't give flying but his pump is going to be far more consistent and the ability to create tokens is pretty amazing.
