The deck just came into my mind when testing out Zealous Conscripts. Overall, it's a casual idea, but it must be a lot of fun playing this deck.
What makes me think that this deck has a chance is that there are sooooo many creature based deck all around. Why not steal theirs, attack for value and throw it back onto your opponents' face?
The basic game plan is to have Culling Dais or Furnace Celebration in play, grab your opponent's creatures, attack, then sacrifice them for extra value.
Other cards that are worth considering: Volt Charge: Combos well with Culling Dais and Shrine of Burning Rage. Chandra's Phoenix: Nice recurring creature that could be sacrifice target when you have nothing to grab. Reforge the Soul: Refills your hand while refilling your opponent's hand full of Act of Treason targets. Chandra, the Firebrand: If you're playing a burn style deck that's not so fast, she could earn you a lot of value. Also combos with her phoenix. Slagstorm/Whipflare: Extra board sweeper when you needed and they could deal with annoying hexproof creatures. Tezzeret's Gambit: If this deck needs extra card draw, this is the card to go.

Still lacks a sideboard yet, which to be decided after some playtesting.
Pillar of Flame, Bonfire of the Damned is basically meta call against creature based decks and Ancient Grudge with green splash is for Sword of War and Peace which pretty much screws this deck. I don't think Metallic Mastery is good enough against sword because artifact sac outlets is worse than creature sac outlets.

My bad, forgot about this one.
I could see another BR variant here which is more aggressive using Falkenrath Aristocrat along with similar creatures and don't rely on Culling Dais or Furnace Celebration.
