Hi just joined, anyway I was reading lots of speculation about theros being an enchantment block and I was wondering if we could see a daybreak coronet reprint because that would be awesome but possibly format warping.
While it would be a potentially cool print, i don't think you need to worry about it being format warping. Potentially, bant hexproof would play it, but i don't think bant hexproof will be anywhere near as dominant after innistrad rotates
Its very very rare that an aura card would be considered format-warping
I've been playing a GW version of Bant Hexproof that swaps Stalker and Geist of Saint Traft 1 for 1 with Witchstalker and Gladecover Scout and I can assure you that it is every bit as powerful as the Bant version.
Granted that you lose some cool creature abilities but you also gain a lot of consistency, mulligan less and have slightly better sequencing. If hexproof auras ceases to be a thing it won't be due to the loss of innistrad cards.
That said - the loss of Rancor is very painful and might be especially painful if Daybreak Coronet shows up in Theros. You need to be able to cast Daybreak Coronet and it's hard to do that if you don't have a few usable 1 cmc auras.

If totem armor comes back and they put it on Daybreak Coronet...
I wouldn't count Hexproof out since Gladcover and Witchstalker was spoiled, and while not as powerful as Stalker/Geist it means the mana base can be more stable, which means more consistency. I hope we do not see any other hexproof guys in Theros also...It's a silly mechanic.

Totem armor with the name "Totem" in it wouldn't fit in Theros, since the word Totem originates in North America.
Maro confirmed there is a futureshifted card in theros. I don't have the link right now, but if someone can help me search for it that would be awesome. It was a while back, month ago at least IIRC

If it is Daybreak Coronet, it would make sense if Theros had a more focused enchantment theme. Arcanum Wings and Lucent Liminid are also future shifted and hint at a set that focuses more on enchantments.
However in my personal opinion of a guess I would say I don't concur nor dismiss any at this point.

Failed Opression Stories:
Legend of Korra
Return to Ravnica
(Not that the stories or character are inhernetly bad, but that they failed to further delve into the topic. Like Gateless/Non-Benders feeling opressed by the Guilds/Benders that sought a revolution but it became less of importance according to the story.)

In one of his podcasts, MaRo said that aura swap was unlikely to return, so I wouldn't expect Arcanum Wings.
The most obvious reprints would be either Dryad Arbor or Nessian Courser based solely on the creature types fitting with the setting, and the Courser would be a pretty bland reprint. Spin Into Myth fits thematically, but the chances of fateseal returning are even lower than aura swap.
We're not seeing Arcanum Wings. Aura Swap is stupidly overpowered. Although thematically and flavor-text wise it seems like it might fit with Grecoroman myth.

Cyme we inne frið, fram the grip of deaþ to lif inne ðis smylte land.
My money is on Luscent Luminid. We suspect Theros has an enchantment theme, and the card makes reference to the Sun Goddess when we also suspect Theros has a Gods and Goddesses theme.

I also personally don't see Nimbus Maze coming back as it would not slow down the Standard manabase much more so than the current checklands, contrary to Sam Stoddard's article.
Well, Grandeur is a favorite for a returning mechanic so I guess there is always a chance Korlash, Heir to Blackblade might make a re-appearance. It would certainly fit the the pitch-black theme they keep pushing for black.
As far as I know, we really don't know anything about Korlash other than he's some zombie who got his hands on the Black Blade. I'm not entirely fluent in the history of Blackblade, but I thought most of the events took place around Dominaria...but I believe that the weapon was ultimately in the hands of planeswalking entities, so maybe the weapon could have found its way to Theros.

The latter half of the flavor text reads, "projected from the hallowed glass whenever her light passes through."
This is probably way too involved, but the glass windows used by the Romans were opaque, so the flavor text on the card doesn't actually fit the greco-roman era.
I am totally looking forward to cast a Lucent Liminid, enchant it, enchant it again with a Daybreak Coronet, and then I hope it would be possible to somehow enchant the coronet.

He gave the same answer when asked if Lightning Helix would be in the RTR block. So I wouldn't get my hopes too high up.

Also, while I do think Enchantment Creatures would be nice, it wouldn't be Lucent Liminid.

Features include Lethe Lake and Arkhos(sp?).
Would also fit the statement of dual's coming into Theros.
Don't remind me, that just makes me cry. I love geist soo much. Such a powerful card that didn't oppress the format.
