Now I don't know if you already know this. If so delete this thread or something but:
Time Spiral is a Magic: The Gathering set, codenamed "Snap". Time Spiral will be released October, 2006. Note: Some of the information on this page has not yet been officially confirmed. However, sources in the Magic community, normally regarded as reliable for spoilers of upcoming sets, confirm it.
Keyword abilities from past sets, such as Morph and Flanking, are rumored to return.
In the storyline, Teferi finally returns the lands he phased out during the Phyrexian Invasion to Dominaria. However, this is creating time ripples which threaten Dominaria.
In February and March of 2006, Wizards of the Coast held a "You Decide!" tournament to determine the most popular Legendary creature card. After the tournament was over, the article "You Decided!", which declares the Legions card Akroma, Angel of Wrath the winner of the tournament, hints that there is a "big surprise" in October. This surprise is rumored to be a reprint of Akroma, Angel of Wrath. However, normally sets are established long before six months from the release, which is the timeframe if Akroma is in Time Spiral.
Also, invitational attender Tsuyoshi Fujita was voted to have his card, Unluckyman's Paradise, printed in this set. The card currently looks like:
Legendary Land
If CARDNAME is in your opening hand and you’re not playing first, you may begin the game with CARDNAME in play with a luck counter on it. If you do, remove a card in your hand from the game.
T: Add 1 to your mana pool. If CARDNAME has a luck counter on it, add one mana of any color to your mana pool instead.
hey i have managed to evolve my axolotls by feeding them thyroid glands the thyroxine contained in these gland is enough to change these water dwelling creatures into land based creatures

Tay, that's not evolution. It's metamorphosis. Evolution means descent with heritable modification – individuals cannot evolve, unless they're Pokemon.

Wizards has said time and time again that they will never reprint Akroma, they moaned how they regret printing it in the first place.
However I could see Wizards making a fixed version of Akroma. They often make fixed version of popular overpowered cards to bring back the flavour while keeping the power level stable.I imagine something like this
Mini-Akroma,Angel of Annoyance (3)(w)(w)(w)
Legendary Creature - Angel
Flying,Haste,Vigilance
Mini-Akroma cannot be blocked by red or black creatures
5/5
That way,you still get a powerful white basher, but at the same time it can be chump blocked or destroyed

It is always easy to be tolerant and understanding...Until someone presents an opinion completely opposite to your own.
I read so many of Wizard's articles I don't remember at all where they said it but it's been mentionned a few times.Anyway MaRo said there would be an Akroma week soon,so I"m guessing they'll address the ultimate Timmy question again "When will you reprint Akroma?"

Darklightz, you're making this up. If none of us can even find an article where they "moaned how they regretting printing it in the first place", yet you claim they've said it "time and time again", it can only lead me to believe you're lying. Link us now. Or you're lying, end of story.
And you make her out to be broken. She didn't warp any format. She wasn't a Yawgmoth's Will. She wasn't a Skullclamp. She wasn't even an Umezawa's Jitte- Hell, she wasn't even a Wild Mongrel. She only saw play in Oath, Mirari's Wake, Tooth, and Reanimator decks, yet you claim she some kind of rediculously unstoppable force that needs to be "fixed". Akroma's not that good, and in a set called "Time Spiral", it's entirely possible (possible, not probable) for her to be reprinted.
I can picture a re-styled Akroma with another main color or two colors: is something that they've done before with cards like Kamahl, Balthor and Ertai.
I'd like to see something like this:
Akroma the Fallen Angel
Cost: :5mana::symb::symb::symb:
Legendary Creature - Angel
Rarity: Rare
Flying, Trample, Haste, Protection from White, Protection from Green
:symb:: Regenerate Akroma the Fallen Angel
P/T: 6/5
i would love to see this, it's perfect, if they made this i would buy them with cash just to get them (something i dint normally do)
but personally on this matter i wish they had vote kokusho.....
The only regret I've seen any WotC folks say is that they kind of regretted that she could be reanimated so easily. However, most of the decks she's been in have not been reanimator decks. I kind of think WotC really likes her; she's an awesome timmy card, a great white card, and this huge beatstick. They like her like they like the pitfighters - sometimes, it's just nice to smash face with an awesome fatty.

Almost all of the information here has shown up in various forms on this site before, though I guess it's sort of nice to have in all in one place. Some of what's stated there is no better than speculation, however. (I've heard far more bizarre speculation about this set than any other I remember.)
With regards to Akroma the general consensus is that it will be shipped as a part of the new player reward scheme (ie you get this instead of Hypnotic Specter for playing in 20 events). Can't see her as bein ever reprinted.
Also important to note that one legend excluded from the 'You Decide!' voting was Jeska, Warrior Adept, possibly hinting that she is or was already slated for reprinting. Or maybe there was just not enough room.
I was thinking they might just make an aura that basically turns a creature into akroma. There is no way thoug hthat they would refuse to reprint the card for 8 mana and a rare slot you got to be getting something that will end the game fast. Akroma can pretty much only get killed by white spells so it is that game winning card that something at that cc should be.

From MaRo
Every rarity gets good cards. That means that some mythic rares will be tournament quality as will some commons, some uncommons and some rares. My promise wasn't that mythic rares wouldn't get good cards but that we wouldn't limit the good cards to only being mythic rare.
Bear this in mind the next time a powerful mythic rare is spoiled
Thanks to chaostheory90 for finding this quiz for me
That's of course RAV and 9th Edition cards, not Kamigawa cards. That also fails to mention counters and milling, though milling isn't altogether tournement viable. I don't think the format is gonna bend or break upon the reprinting of Akroma, and she's not that powerful of a creature card. She's just really cool.

I've never heard anyone say this, and I usually read MaRo and Forscythe's columns. Do you have a link?
There is nothing wrong about Akroma. She's correctly costed for her abilities, and she's a very very popular character/card as well.

May father Dagon smile upon you. I hope someone at Wotc reads this thread and prints a black Akroma just as you suggested.

Wikipedia is very much an unreliable, repetitive source.
