Panharmonicon is giving VERY STRONG Legends vibes, like in the way the cards looked at that time, art or otherwise. Definitely a card worth picking up.
Nah, it looks exactly like artifacts in Urza or Masques blocks
Well, for one Filigree Sages + Tolarian Academy + at least 2 other artifacts in play, but we already can have "infinite" mana with Metalworker and Staff of Domination, so it's nothing magical.
Other thing - I wonder how "exile" works in that case. I mean let's have lands like Mosswort Bridge and Scavenger Grounds. Can I then play with Bridge ability any of cards exiled with Grounds' ability for free?
Why the dog of a legendary and godly enchantment creature isn't enchantment itself? I mean they change sorceries into single-turn enchantments, so I completely don't get that :/
Point taken on not writing fully my thoughts I meant the colors the decks were mostly built around - it started from UG because of the draw and discard support + Circular Logic + 2 good green madness cards + one of two useful Incarnations. I really disliked the fact that in later times those colors weren't properly supported

"Enchant permanent
You can't choose an untapped permanent as this spell's target as you cast it.
You control enchanted permanent."
So essentially this card is rarity-decreased creature-only version of Dream Leash.

Well, not really. Erebos's Emissary and Emissary cycle, Nylea's Colossus, Courser of Krupix... there are already multiple minions/pets/supporters of the gods being enchantments.

"...10 damage to that permanent or player..."
Why not "...10 damage to that target..."?
I just found that on Cardmarket - so there the translation exists (unless it's of course a nice looking photoshop).
