Based on the last sentence of rule 114.6a, if you can't change all of the targets, then none end up being changed. In this case, that means that since you are unable to change all 4 targets, they all remain the same. Then, the spell will be countered on resolution since none of its targets are legal.
114.6a. If an effect allows a player to "change the target(s)" of a spell or ability, each target can be changed only to another legal target. If a target can't be changed to another legal target, the original target is unchanged, even if the original target is itself illegal by then. If all the targets aren't changed to other legal targets, none of them are changed.
Thanks for directing me to that section of the rules. However, if I'm reading it correctly, it looks like 114.6d is the relevant rule:
114.6d If an effect allows a player to “choose new targets” for a spell or ability, the player may leave any number of the targets unchanged, even if those targets would be illegal. If the player chooses to change some or all of the targets, the new targets must be legal and must not cause any unchanged targets to become illegal.
That leads me to believe Segoth's response is correct, since Cooperate uses the text "choose new targets".
My opponent cast Hour of Eternity with X = 4, and 4 creature cards in his graveyard. In response, I Aftermathed Refuse // Cooperate to copy the spell, but I only have 1 creature card in my graveyard. What happens?
It's been a while since we've seen a Mox or Lotus themed artifact. Not even Unstable had a reference, while past Un-sets had Blacker Lotus and Mox Lotus. Do you think we'll see a new variation in Dominaria for the 25th anniversary? Or is that kind of design a thing WotC wants to leave in the past (or at least out of Standard)?
So you say they should've adjusted the entire way they print cards to allow for more foil basics? As Maro noted, the chance of cracking a foil basic in Unstable is equal to cracking a foil full-art basic in Amonkhet/Hour of Devastation...because there's only 1 of each.
In this specific case? Yes. Or heck, do it like a normal set would even if there is only one of each basic.
How is it scummy though? Same chance as always.
It's not the same chance. Normally, there are 1 or 2 foil basic lands per box. This has been the case with all sets that I can remember since foils were first introduced in Urza's block. This was also the case with Unhinged, which also only had 1 art for each land.
WotC changed the math on us in Unstable, breaking a trend that they had in place for about 18 years, and didn't mention it until retailers called attention to it few days before release. That's why people think it's scummy.
Dealers have been opening boxes and posting numbers on reddit. Also, Maro recently posted on his twitter. I'll try to find some links and update this post.
Early reports indicate the foil basics are 1 in every 3 to 4 boxes. Basically the rate of masterpieces. Prices are currently around $50 to $125 each. I have no idea what they will settle at.
As someone who collects foil basics, I find this notion horrifying.
I *really* hope this is not the case.
Seems to be confirmed at this point. I'm right there with you. I was pretty excited about Unstable, but this doesn't sit right with me. I'll probably do a draft, but I don't think I'll be buying a box like I was considering. I know WotC needs to make their money, but I don't want to feel like I'm supporting a cash grab like this for a side product. I won't discourage others from buying, but I don't think this is the product for me right now.

How are these games allowed to be sanctioned? As I understand it, Commander is sanctioned as a Casual event, but even Casual requires legal Magic cards. Un-cards currently don't meet that distinction to my knowledge.
Does this open the door to Collector's Edition and/or proxies being allowed in tournaments?
I think Jaya Ballard is confirmed. I'd be surprised if there were not a reference to Marit Lage.
As far as non-legendaries, I think kavu are indigenous to the plane. I would love to see the return of Kavu Titan and kicker (and Urza's Rage, although Urza is dead DEAD).
It would probably be a good time to bring back pain lands, or at least some of the places they reference.
Pretty sure "Whenever you're dealt damage" triggers only once for an attack, even if it's with multiple creatures.
Nope. It triggers for each source that deals damage. And instances of double strike and triple strike count twice and thrice.
You're correct about the double and triple strike, but not about each source causing it to trigger. Combat damage is normally dealt in one big "chunk" no matter how many creatures are attacking. If two or more creatures are dealing you regular combat damage, it will only trigger this ability one time. It is very similar to how the Engage ability in Ixalan works: Ranging Raptors https://magiccards.info/xln/en/201.html

9/29/2017: If multiple sources deal damage to a creature with an enrage ability at the same time, most likely because multiple creatures blocked that creature, the enrage ability triggers only once.
At first I didn't get the flavor text on the zombie. "Brrrrrr...."? Is he cold? Then it dawned on me that he's just taking a reeeeeally long time to say "Brains" and then I lost it.
This set is gold.

Can anyone confirm or refute?
Not remotely close. The non-control player still gets to untap, draw, attack, and cast creatures, artifacts, enchantments, and planeswalkers.
That's a fair point.

From that thread:
"Your chance of getting any foil basic Unstable land is only 1/4th your chance of getting any foil basic in a Normal set."
"We opened 252 boxes with 69 foil basics, so one foil basic in 3.5 boxes."

Yep. You just tap all their basic lands in their upkeep and return the second copy to your hand to do it every turn.
This card seems like the opposite of fun/funny.
