It seems bug ate something rotten. How slow the limited should be for this to be successful? Especially in comparison to what Mardu is getting AND taking into account "power mad bullies" flavor? Why UB = auto villain?
And the first thing i've noticed is how cute that snake heads look. Especially those orange appendages.
It's "credit in reverse" hydra, where you either pay cost at one point, but lose part of mana invested, or pay two times and at second time it's honest 5/5 for 5
Love the green rare most, as good little Timmy and person who can get color screwed out of nothing. That helps Ferocious as well!
Mana stabilization in common is like regular mana stabilization in common: slow but good looking. With fetches reprinted as well it feels too Zendikary, though.
The most interesting thing about it is "will the colorless theme be developed further?". Otherwise pretty powerful limited stuff which might be quite annoying as uncommon.
So following the cmc pattern bearfacepunching khan of the clan whose strategy builds on 4+ power matters won't be 4/4 for URG, but endurance based clan gets 4/4 for BGW? Need more coffee to process that.
The last time changing fate and Bolas were mentioned together, it was Test for Metal and clockworking. Ugh. Fingers crossed this time fate manipulation will be done in less confusing style.
About dragon: there's another dragon related to Sarkhan and his homeworld, the one which initially posessed Sarkhy and, in a way, was the source of his peril. If I recall correctly Sarkhy's origin story.

Like where Temur is going, both for flavor and for fixing
I can't be unhappy with another removal fitting in Temur. Surely that's not the greatest thing ever, but seems quite good.

+1 to "snowy lands are better".
