When does SCG typically start foil pre-orders for a new set? Surely once everything is revealed, at the earliest...but I wasn't sure if it was after pre-release, week before actual release, etc.

Morph B (You may cast this card face down as a 2/2 creature for 3. Turn it face up any tiem for its morph cost.)
Whenever another nontoken creature you control dies, draw a card.
"We all want to know what's going on in someone else's head. I simply open it up and look."
Seems fun. I really like how cheap the morph cost is. Seems fun for Mono-B aggro, especially paired with the new Bloodsoaked Warrior guy. What are your thoughts?
Interesting card...not sure what to think. I believe that most of the time it will be easy to cast it for cheap, but like Ennex mentioned, there could be situations where it's completely dead....and that's no good.
I'll be adding this guy but I won't be replacing Metamorph. It is very often taken by non-blue drafters and this having UU puts it solidly in blue. Something else will have to go.
Who suggested cutting Phyrexian Metamorph? Why would anyone even consider that. I'll be running both - Clone effects are always useful and can make the 40 in a lot of archetypes.
My post (5th in thread) suggested it was good, but I didn't very clearly explain I wasn't sure what the cut would be. First thing I compared it to was metamorph to replace. I was just pumped about cloning a planeswalker
Once I thought it through I realized I'll probably just move Metamorph to colorless (make cut there) and add this card to blue.
Card is so good. Auto-include in all but the smallest Cubes, and a tester for even those. This is a previously non-existent ability (to copy PWs) and it should not be underestimated, especially at a reasonable price point.

P.S. I love Master of Waves also, so Dungeon Geists is likely closest to the chopping block...but we'll see.
I hope the real-life price point is also reasonable
EDH/standard should drive both non-foil and foil copies through the roof.
Serious question...is the clone standard playable? For cube, EDH, etc...it's a slam dunk. I know nothing about standard, but is this effect worth it at 4cmc? Surely only a 1-2 of at most?
This to me seems like an inclusion at 360, the replacement being Phyrexian Metamorph. I can see advantages for both, but copying planeswalkers and enchantments seems too good.
I suppose another option is dumping Phantasmal Image, but thats a different CMC.
