I've been a satisfied customer of MTGOTraders for 7 years, both buying and selling, most recently having sold an entire collection which was handled very professionally and much faster than expected.
I've been playing a variant of this deck quite a lot lately (although admittedly not competitively) and have found Hideaway to be extremely useful, generally I stash a Liege, Knight, or Titanic Ultimatum, and the conditions for Windbrisk Heights and Mosswort Bridges are extremely easy to reach. I've also had no problems playing basics (apart from the Hideaways) w 4 Jungle Shrines, you just need to mulligan aggressively.
I completely avoid borderposts as they clog up cascades, and I do not splash black ... it's all aggro, all the time.
I'm considering entering competitive Standard for the first time, and although I have all the other cards in this archetype (walkers included), I do only have 1 FoD pulled from playing Sealed. Is it considered a 4x-or-stay-home?
Also, in such a tribal-heavy deck, has Coat of Arms ever been considered as a finisher?
2) Hazezon is legal in all Classic based formats: Classic, Prismatic, Singleton 100, Elder dragon Highlander (aka Commander), Tribal Classic and Classic Vanguard
Hrmm. I totally believe you, but that makes Gatherer wrong ... which makes sense since if you leave the text field blank and set 'Show only this format or set' to "Magic Online Promo Cards," you get every card ever. Score one for Wizards
Thanks for the link though, just what I was looking for.
I've noticed that at the websites of the 'Big 3' online dealers (MTGOTraders, Cardhoarder, and Cardbot), they have listings for a great deal of promotional cards I cannot seem to find any information on. I know that the textless Lightning Helixs are a current carrot on a string to encourage ticket sales, but does anyone know when or where the promotional Kird Ape or Vindicate are (or will be) available?
Also, I notice there are great deal of promotional Hazezon Tamars floating around. As this isn't legal in any online format, what is the possible use in making this a promotional card online?
As an online player, I was astounded to read that in a tournament you are able to pick out actual cards during a shuffle ... is this really legal, or just gross carelessness on your opponents' parts?
Not only "strictly" better than Plains, but also sucks at what it's supposed to do: If you want both colors, you have massive card disadvantage. And if you want a WW deck splashing Ajani..good luck with playing him if you have to remove one ajani first to get red.
Really? What "massive card disadvantage" are we currently suffering from Plains?
They already have rest in peace as pull from eternity, and it was actually a pretty solid sideboard card
I don't think an imprint land is likely, just because there would only need to be one imprint land, and wizards has already said the new duals will be a cycle
To clarify, I was envisioning a cycle (sans templating):
Porous Field
Land
Imprint yadayadayada T Add W or imprinted color to your mana pool
As an Extended player who uses Chrome Moxes extensively, this was my immediate assumption. While I'll agree it fails the elegance stipulation (particularly since it would need to limit use to one of the imprinted card's colors to technically be a dual), I'm surprised at the lack of praise/criticism of this idea.
Also, keep in mind any possible interaction/drawback could possibly be expanded upon in the rest of the new cards. If you think a Chrome Mox Land would be overpowered, what if M10 also included a common such as this:
Rest in Peace 2W
Place target card outside of game (Exiled, whatever) into its owner's graveyard.

Kirstie Alley (circa 1982) as Akroma.
Kirstie Alley (circa 2009) as Lord of the Pit.

Online (which admittedly is by no means definitive) you may wish a card that's O_Ringed, Imprinted, etc.
Hull Breach puh-leeeeze!
Although from a flavor standpoint, I can't really see it happening with that name.

Good call on Pull tho, forgot about that one.
Hear hear. Kudos to the mods for fighting the good fight on this circlefest (Thread's too long > Repeat post > GOTO 10)
