When casting Austere Command , does both effects happen at the same time, or can the player choose which effect happens first?

ie. the opponents ' creatures have totems on them, can he choose to destroy all the enchantments, THEN all the creatures of power 3 or greater?

Will a creature enchanted by a totem enchantment avoid destruction when Mutilate is cast?

Can Prison Term be attached to a Etched Champion that meets the metalcraft requirements?

Is the black enchantment equivalent of Rancor , Despondency?

Player 1 has a Nest Invader and a Eldrazi Spawn token that has "Sacrifice this creature: Add 1 colorless mana to your mana pool" on the battlefield.

Player 2 casts Arc Trail and deals 2 damage to the Nest Invader and 1 to the token.

What happens to the Arc Trail if Player 1 sac's the token before the sorcery spell resolves?

If you start your turn without a land card in your hand, and you cast Cultivate, can you put that second land (that was put into your hand from the spell) down during the second main phase after combat is resolved? Or even after Cultivate has resolved?
