If anyone wants a steel-type friend safari with Ferroseed, Bronzong and Skarmory, my friend code is 5214-9793-2718.
I haven't read all through the thread yet, so not sure which version of the friend code list is up to date, but I'm happy to add anyone who wants me.
Also, Truesight, I saw you apparently have Combees in your safari? Vespequen is my favorite pokemon, so I'd love to be able to catch some safari Combees for breeding, so I've added the code I saw for you, would love it if you could add me back, thanks.
I am Very interested
My FC is on the masterlist here somewhere lemme check...
@Mods can anyone Edit the First Post to include the Master list for the Friend Codes? have to find it first though
EDIT: Found IT!!!!
Also added new ones here
Also for people wanting to know where to EV train just search for "Wiggler's guide to Easy, Fast, EV training in Pokemon X and Y (WITHOUT SUPER TRAINING)" Not in this site though
Now the way we knew Elspeth will be in Theros was through a m14 Ad card. Now did anyone that went through a pre-release got a Born of the Gods AD Card? So we can start speculations based on the Art that would be shown on that Ad card
Every time I dropped this bad boy my low power/high toughness creatures will have the ability to race with whatever my opponents throw at me (though to be honest I did not meet any Big Green decks this pre-release)
Also it helps that I was able to rebuy my Gray merchant of Asphodels ,Abhorrent Overlord,Disciple of Phenaxs. I never lost a single game after cracking this whip!
Monsters in Greak Mythology were usually a creation of the gods. An incredibly large giant statue sounds like a Monster to me, especially one that is a clear obstacle to achieving a quest.
But on its art it clearly shows that it is standing tall at the city of Akros.
Maybe it is just a misunderstood monster that was helped by someone from Akros making it a protector to the Akroans(?)
By the way thanks for pointing out how to change the title I misspelled Colossus (collosus)
First I was gonna point out that "Those are just frickin auras"
Then I realize that you can fetch them with creature tutors
Then I realize you get their original body when the enchanted creature dies
Then I realize you can reanimate them(though not able to enchant again)
Then I realize it having NULL mana cost could break some things (that I do not know yet)
Then I realize that your card is too damn powerful for its cost
I searched for its greek expy and found Colossus of Rhodes and it was an statue for a God (Helios). Being an statue for a God or Being a statue in a City... How the heck is that a monster?
I was wondering what is the flavor for a giant statue to have the monstrous keyword. You see monstrous was supposed to be the keyword for Monsters and this statue looks like it belongs with the heroes. It is a statue for a city but.. this thing being a monster... Why?How? Can anyone enlighten me on this cards supposed flavor?
So is it actually a bored Giant that when enough time passes suddenly gets mad and destroys the city?
Or a normal statue that will become violent?(err when animated by Statuemancers?)
Or becoming monstrous was actually it tumbling down to the city behind it?(But that would require Crumbling Colossus like effect)
(But don't get me wrong I love the card and will try to live the dream atleast once on a Draft or Sealed event. Go Go Greekzord! )
Edit: How do I edit that Colossal fail of a title?
Apologies for the necro, but with the sheer amount of information I'm finding, I figure it's worth posting. This leak is coming from a claimed beta tester for Nintendo of Europe who has played through most of the game.
The contents of this leak have not been confirmed or denied by Nintendo. This information has not been corroborated and might be incomplete or misleading. I am not the leaker, just reposting the information gathered.
-- A new 18th Pokemon Type, "Fairy Type". Fairy is weak against steel and poison and immune to dragon. Dragon, Fighting, and Dark types are weak to fairy-type attacks, while fire and psychic-types resist it.
---- Clefairy, Togepi, Jigglypuff, Chansey, Lickitung, Snorlax, Dunsparce, Audino, Snubbull, Skitty, and Whismur all become fairy-type instead of normal type. Mawile, Absol, Misdreavus, Milotic (but not Feebas), Chimecho, Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf and their evolutions all gain the Fairy-type.
--The starters' final forms are grass/fighting, fire/psychic, and water/dark. The grass type has american football-style armor and helmet. The fire type has bat-like ears and a cape of sorts. The water type has kabuki-like markings on its face, as some sort of ninja reference.
--There are two villainous teams, referred to as Team Acid (a traditional evil team that is trying to create the "ultimate type" of pokemon using genetics and sciences - the fairy type was a failed experiment of theirs) and Team Base (stealing pokemon from those they deem weak, a sort of amalgamation of Silver's thinking from GSC and Team Plasma's stated ideology)
--The two legendary pokemon are Xerneas (Fairy type, representing "Purity of the Earth" and rebuilds the land after the devastation of war) and Yveltal (Dark/Flying type, representing "Ambition of the Sky" and creates ruin across the land, killing all in combat.) The pair represents the cycle of life and death.
--Eevee, Mawile, Sableye, Dunsparce, Bannette, Tauros, Heracross, Pinsir, Bisharp, Maractus, Cryogonal, and Drifblim all have new evolutions. Lickitung, Throh/Sawk (shared), and Absol have new pre-evolutions.
--Dual Type moves will be treated as one type for calculating STAB or associated bonuses, and counted as another type when consulting weaknesses and resistances. A fire/flying move would not do 4x damage to a pure grass type, only 2x.
--There is one fossil-type pokemon, a Rock/Dragon that resembles a T-Rex. The fossil comes in 4 parts, (head, arms, legs, tail) and each game cart will have one type of fossil part - you'll need to trade to get the other three parts.
--Pokemon from Gen5 games can be transferred to XY using a downloadable app for the 3DS - you can store up to 25 pokemon (no items) from BW/2, and buy them in XY using in-game money, based on the transferred pokemon's level and the number of badges you have. (ostensibly to prevent beating everything ever with a level 100 kyurem you ported over)
--The Gym Types are Bug, Fairy, Normal, Fighting, Ghost, Ice, Fire, and Psychic, and you do them in different order based on Version.
Bug, Fairy, Normal are located in Central. Then X goes to the Mountains and does Ice and Fire, while Y goes to the Coast and does Fighting and Ghost. Then they switch, with X going to the Coast, and Y going to the Mountains. Then Psychic is the final one located back in Central.
-- Elite Four aren't typed based this time, they focus on HP, Attack, Defense, and Speed. Champion uses a mixed team, and is the main story rival.
--You have four rivals. A roughneck childhood friend who wants to stop bullies gets the Weaker Starter, a fat, rich kid who believes money can do anything gets the Stronger Starter, and you meet a traveling hiker looking for her "perfect place" who has your Starter, but stronger and already evolved when you first meet her,
The main rival is a "Pokemon Rider" turned bounty hunter who begins as your mentor and gives you Gogoat, but turns into a jerk due to losing to the bad guys and becomes increasingly a true rival to you, eventually becoming the champion. He uses Tauros and, later, its evolution as his main Pokemon.
That's all the information I have thus far. If the leaker pops up again, I'll see if there's other information I can get from him.
This quote was back when Fairy type was still not announced.
What catches my eye for these is the Dual type moves.. Blaze Kick retyped to Fire/Fighting move? The elemental punches to Element/Fighting? Elemental Fangs to Element/Dark?
What would differentiate an AP mid or a support champion? What would keep another lane from getting those same bonuses? Riot said they don't want to cement the meta by making people choose a role.
Uhhh I guess AP Mids are there to Eff up the other teams ADC while the supports prevents their ADC to get Effed up by the other teams AP Mid?
