I played in all 5 pre-releases and never had a round go to a draw, but many others did. Abzan mirror matches with no flying and Mardu mirrors without Rush of Battle just never had good attacks. I wouldn't say there is a lack of removal, but so much is conditional and Archers' Parapet gets around most of those conditions.
I'll usually put 1 Pillar of Light in my deck and sideboard any others. I don't take it as a high pick, but I do want 1 every time I'm in white. Sometimes it sits in my hand for most of the game, but it has saved me from bombs like Avacyn, Nightfire Giant, and Souls so many times.
My first draft was mono-red aggro/burn but every draft after that red gets more overdrafted. I've still had red in every draft deck but my last draft was mainly white convoke.
I've run a main deck Tyrant's Machine a few times, but only because the deck had a Kurkesh, Onakke Ancient and a Scrapyard Mongrel to make it much more playable. I would never want a 2nd one, but it's a fine 23rd card in some red decks. In the type of deck I've played it in the first copy is probably a 1.7, while the second copy is a 1.0. In most other decks it's a 1.0-1.2.
I do like the RW aggro deck with Triplicate Spirits as a finisher. I've had 2 sealed pools with 10-11 2-drops and a couple 1-drops with 2 Triplicate Spirits. I had a game of 2-drop, Midnight Guard, turn 4 spirits, turn 5 spirits that easily raced RG aggro.
So far I have played red in all 5 sealed and 2 drafts and I've gone 33-3 in rounds because it has so many cheap creatures and most of the cheap removal, while green just doesn't have much of either. I would say RW aggro/convoke is the best deck.
I would definitely take Cone of Flame here. It isn't hard for it to kill 3 creatures in this set. As much as I love red in M15 my 2nd choice would be close between Lightning Strike and Devouring Light.
Thundering Giant at 3.0 seems way too high. I have played 5 sealed and 1 draft so far playing red every time. RW wants to be a 15-16 land aggro deck that could only cast it with Generator Servant. RU tempo could play it, but I still don't see it as a high pick. RB is mainly control and has better 5-drops in black. RG I have no experience with, but could be the best place for the giant. My only draft so far was mono-red that didn't even play my 1 Thundering Giant. I rate it at about a 1.6.
The rest of your red looks fine but Borderland Marauder and Crowd's Favor may be underrated by about 0.3-0.5.
M15 sealed is possibly the most aggressive sealed format I've seen since I came back to the game in Innistrad. So far in 4 sealed pools I had 3 decks that would always choose to play and 1 that I would chose to play in game 1 in case of aggro. There are so many solid 2-drops in white and red that I even managed a turn 5 kill on the draw after a mulligan to 6.
On the other hand, many matches with no red in either deck ended in a draw, so choosing to draw first in games 2 and 3 could frequently be correct.
There were a lot more aggro decks in this sealed prerelease than a normal set. Two out of my four sealed decks were RW aggro with Preeminent Captain and Goblin Kaboomist as the only rares, splitting top 4 and top 2.
In top 8 I played against mono-red aggro a couple times.
Event 1: I chose white and played RW aggro with 15 lands and 11 2-drops (9 creatures and 2 Raise the Alarm). I had 2 Lightning Strikes and 2 Inferno Fists to push through blockers. I went X-1-1 and split top 4.
Event 2: I chose red and played Ru tempo. Less creatures than before, but 3 Lightning Strikes, an Into the Void, and 2 Amphin Pathmages to push damage through. I went X-0-1 or X-1-1 and split top 4 again.
Event 4: I chose red again and played RW aggro that looked a lot like my first event but with 2 Triplicate Spirits and less burn. X-1-1 splitting top 2.
I was there for 20 hours in a 25 hour period from midnight to 1 am, then slept 7 hours and went back for another 7 hour event.
Red definitely seems like the best color because it pairs well with anything and has very few unplayable cards.
I played BG constellation with 1 each of Oakheart Dryads, Dreadbringer Lampads, and Doomwake Giant. The 2 common constellation cards did a lot of work with my 8 bestows and 2 other enchantment creatures while the giant killed 3 or 4 creatures total in 13 games.
My only other rare was Master of the Feast. It should have been great but my opponents always had the perfect hand to deal with it even when I cast it turn 3 on the play.
I went 3-1 just bestowing onto cheap creatures and giving them intimidate, losing only to the same WU heroic deck in normal rounds and in the top 8. Not bad for a pool with almost no removal and literally 0 cards that could deal with an enchantment.
Last draft I put 2 Crippling Blights on my own Brood Keeper to not lose to Spirit Bonds. I lost to Mass Calcify after he made 6 spirits.
In my first draft I got 4 each of Lightning Strike, Inferno Fist, and Generator Servant. At this point I get 0 or 1 of each.

4 Generator Servant
1 Gobln Roughrider
1 Krenko's Enforcer
2 Broodkeeper
1 Scrapyard Mongrel
2 Hoarding Dragon
4 Lightning Strike
1 Sacred Armory
1 Stoke the Flames
1 Burning Anger
1 Cone of Flame
8-0 for rounds, 16-2 for games
I had burn to kill everything and played turn 3 Hoarding Dragon at least 5 times.
On the other hand, many matches with no red in either deck ended in a draw, so choosing to draw first in games 2 and 3 could frequently be correct.
In top 8 I played against mono-red aggro a couple times.
The only bombs I lost to were Hornet Queen 3-4 games, Nissa, Worldwaker 2 games, and Siege Dragon 1 game out of 22 rounds.
My BR sealed deck with 2 Burning Angers won almost every game because of Burning Anger or the 2 Nightfire Giants.

Event 3: I chose blue and played BR control with 2 Nightfire Giants, 2 Burning Anger, 1 Stoke the Flames, 2 Flesh to Dust, and probably 1 more removal I can't remember. I went X-0-0 for 1st.
Event 4: I chose red again and played RW aggro that looked a lot like my first event but with 2 Triplicate Spirits and less burn. X-1-1 splitting top 2.

I'm on the play. My opponent has turn 1 Favored Hoplite and turn 2 Battlewise Valor. I play turn 3 Master of the Feast and then turn 4 Oakheart Dryads to buff the master. I attack with a 6/6 flying on turn 4 that dies to Aerial Formation and Ajani's Presence on the hoplite. I would not have expected that in draft and in sealed that was just insane luck.
My only other rare was Master of the Feast. It should have been great but my opponents always had the perfect hand to deal with it even when I cast it turn 3 on the play.
