You have a choice. "Do I play grave hate and risk having blank sb cards, or do I let everyone ELSE play grave hate and hope to dodge it, while being better against the rest of the field?"
There is more to it than that, such as what size event you're going to. If it's a local 25 man, and you know 3+ people are playing graveyard decks, then yea, I would bring some hate. If it's a 1200 person Grand Prix, I would shore up my other matches, and hope that by Round 5, most of the graveyard decks got hated out by everyone else.

You have to be kidding, right? First, you forgot to exclude unlimited, which has P9, 10 Duals, etc etc.
Then, you get into stuff like Arabian Nights, Legends, and Antiquities, which blow current sets out of the water still.
Then, there's Urzas. All 3 of them, I don't care which, pick one.
Moving on, we have Ravnica, with 4 shocklands, bob, $8 spell snare (uncommon), and more i cant remember.
This is silly. Even New Phyrexia has more value than Innistrad.

The top 5 (before florence) are as such-
Brad - 63
Paulo Vitor - 48
Saito - 47
LSV - 42
Juza - 41
Being 22 points behind is a LONG way. Even PV/Saito have to do really well in order to catch Brad. Pretty much locked up imo.

You have crab+fetchland in play. The trigger wont go on the stack until you have completely resolved the fetchland. Then you choose targets for crab and mill.

Counterbalance and Chalice dont work. The copies created are not cast, but put directly on the stack. Chalice and CB only work on spells that are actually cast.
Edit: And because he has approx 1 million Precursor Golems, each of them would trigger, copying sudden shock ~1mil times for each golem. They might normally survive 2 damage, but not 2million damage.

First, Gerrard is certainly not available in standard. 2nd, all the 1-of spells are pretty miserable, you might as well cut them all.

This particular seller has been reposting and reposting that exact auction for at least 2 years. Obviously, nobody is interested in it. At this point, i think it's more of a brag auction than anything, because it certainly isn't going to sell any time soon.

"Players who take longer than is reasonably required to complete game actions are engaging in Slow Play"
He is NOT taking extra time to complete actions. He is just denying the opponent a turn. Neither player has a way to win, but the game can continue on to a draw, or one player can concede.

To elaborate, a card must be uniquely named or identified. As there are 2 different Jaces, you have to ask him which one he means. Alternatively, had he named Liliana (of which there is only Liliana Vess), that would be sufficient to have identified that card.

Yea, those packs have been available for a while now, and have been deemed 'Not Worth It'.
They always contain 4 commons + 1 uncommon, and the last card has an equal chance of being a common, an uncommon, and a rare/mythic. So 33.3% of common, 33.3% of unc, 29% of Rare, 4.3% of mythic.
