He only won because finkel let him win first off (see game 5). And to clarify the player went 8 straight wins after starting 1-3, not the deck. The player made it to the top 8 because he drafted well, not necessarily because his deck busted the format wide open. I actually dont like the deck a whole lot. but as with all things time will tell.

You can't ban this card. It doesn't do four things in the best color and then win the game when it feels like it.
Sorin is a solid aggro-walker. They're usually not great, but we'll see. Nobody here is denying the power of his lifelinking tokens. It's the emblem that dulls the card.
i agree this wont be ban but i disagree with the emblem makes this dull comment. Ajani V1.0 was used for a none emblem version of this skill i know there is a huge differences between +1/+1 and +1/+0. but you have to also take into account life like. this guy is basicly a mix of ajani and elspeth both good cards both well play for there time. and i feel his Ulty is a little more game winning then those two. This guy can go into a lot of decks.

None of these threads would ever had been created if WOTC had never created the mythic rarity that is what has ruined type 2 and every format since it has been introduced.
There is no longer fun involved in this game it is whoever owns the biggest wallet wins in constructed formats
I'm guessing you haven't played very long? Mythic rarity has nothing to do with this. If you played back in the days of Tarmo you would never ever had said this. People would add green into every deck just to play him in it. it really didnt matter what the theme of the deck was... unlike with jace. There were tons of threads like this before Jace and there were tons of threads before Tarmo too so its not like this is anything new. Stop blaming WOTC for making good to over powered cards they have too or no one would be interested in the game.

No, it doesn't. There are still going to be the exact same decks in the meta. RUG will play Thrun in the sideboard - but it's still RUG. UB will play Go for the Throat over Doom Blade - but it's still UB. The decks won't change significantly enough from any cards in MBS to call them new decks, they'll just upgrade some of their cards.
Name more than ~10 constructed playable cards from MBS, go on. I already gave you two cards as a headstart. And I don't mean "this could possibly be played in a crap deck somewhere at some point over the next year", I mean actual strong, constructed playable cards.
*Edit* That came off more aggressive than it was supposed to. My point was to say that the meta is going to remain largely the same; there aren't any cards in MBS that are good enough to really change the shape of any existing decks, or to form a new one (unless there's some sort of combo, which I haven't really looked for).

Do you feel that you have a better MU games 2 &3 with your opponent playing ratchet bomb. Not trying to be a jerk or be like ZOMG it dies to removal! but ratchet bomb is a card that can literally go into any deck and seemingly destroy you. Have you ran into bomb alot in your MU's yet?

i dont thin you really need to splash beyond U. blue covers all the bases... it excels, protects, stalls, then wins. tez and team will be the top decks of this arch type IMO
