Seems well costed. Smack dab between Swords to Plowshares and Unmake. Being sorcery speed really balances this.

Enchantment (R)
Players can only cast spells and activate abilities any time they could cast a sorcery. (This doesn't affect mana abilities) Gaea wrapped her hands around the chaos, and when she opened them only serenity remained.
The graveyard return effect seems fair, but the "Stick" drawing 3 cards effect is really strong. The drawback of this card is no matter what choice you make, you're losing life. But you can get around that by using fetchlands and returning them for 0 life loss with "Twist". Overall, looks fine but I'd make it draw 2 cards instead of 3.

Put a 1/1 snake token with deathtouch onto the battlefield blocking target creature attacking you.
It's very strong, a super efficient combat guy. Could work as a rare, but doesn't feel red to me. Is there a reason it has protection from Green instead of White? Historically the only colours red has been able to get protection from are White and Blue (and occasionally Red too)

Looks pretty mythic, combos absurdly with Cathar's Crusade. Pretty much exclusively designed for Commander where she'll be in any that that abuses +1/+1 counters ie) Marath, Ghave etc.

Exile all lands you control then return them to the battlefield under your control.
If you have 5+ lands, it's a ramp spell. Otherwise it just triggers landfall, ETB effects etc. etc.
Probably needs to cost a bit more. This card grabs you practically any land, artifact or Eldrazi and costs less than Golden Wish and Ithink the two have comparable power level. Maybe at 2UU.

For each color, return one target permanent of that color from your graveyard to the battlefield.
Note the lack of "up to one", this card won't work without 5 targets, one of each colour
I dig it. For just one more mana this is a lot more playable than Racecourse Fury, since you aren't effectively going down 1 mana to add haste to a creature.

Permanents you control gain hexproof until end of turn.
Entwine 2 (Choose both if you pay the entwine cost.)
Not broken, it looks fine to me. This card could probably be mono-white since tapping creatures and gaining life are both white effects. I think as a rare this card could stand to be made instant.

Whenever another player puts a permanent onto the battlefield, you may put a token that is a copy of that permanent onto the battlefield.
Whenever another player casts an instant or sorcery spell, you may that spell and may choose new targets for the copy.
Anxiety is interesting, a sort of reverse intimidate effect where the creature becomes harder to block with the more colours it has. As an effect I like it, but this card is too weak. For its mana cost, this thing needs to be a 2/2 or 3/1.

Wording is off, you need to make the choice AS it enters the battlefield. As is, you make the choice and it's already too late for the Oblivion Ring effect to trigger. Power level is about right but this many effects on a single card is sloppy design.

Looks okay, reminds me a lot of (Under)Whelming Wave. A bit weak, for 4 mana removing all the bears and below from play isn't the strongest effect. This card probably need "targetting" if you can pick and choose what to return.

Looks quite fair. Not strictly better than a swamp and the reanimation effect looks fairly costed. You could probably make it cost 1 life to generate a B, or make this thing etb tapped as 2 life per activation is very steep.

It's a bond beetle but better, which is good because bond beetle was just awful. I don't think I can say anything else about it. Well except that it's weird a snail is more aggressive than a beetle.
