Yes storm is still a deck and a decent one at that. However it is weaker and will therefore see a lot less play. That means the comments about prices related to the modern storm deck are still acurate.

there is no way you need a 70% win rate to break even in a constructed queue.... if pack are at 3 tix you only need to 3-1 one out of three daily events to break even.
