Not to disagree, I am sure you guys are right on the penalty,
but it seems pretty ridiculous to be punished for having information that a judge is required to tell you if you ask. I assume this would be up to the judge whether to actually penalize you or not?
And yes, even in a free society, there are some messages that are illegal to express. Mind you, very few, but they are there.
In order to protect free speech you never want the government/legal system deciding what can or cannot be expressed.
Instead you have to protect all speech. Even speech you might find distasteful.
On the Aussie case: Glad I live in the US where free speech (and free drawing) is a protected right.
The Puca's mischief deck is going to be awesome. Another way to abuse Puca's mischief is with Auras.
You can make unfair trades by exchanging your aura for one of their creatures. You get a creature and they get control of an aura that continues to benefit your creature.
To beat the dead horse just a little bit more, 2 weeks ago CI answered a question on blink and unearth.
Then I was the guy who thought blink wouldn't save unearthed creatures.

I went to the "big" pre-release in the Denver area. While I am sure it was bigger than a store pre-release, it seemed tiny compared to the old pre-release.
Only played one flight, went 2-1-1, which would have been 3-1 if i had played better in the draw. My pool had ridiculous amounts of removal: 2 resounding thunder, 2 resounding silence, 1 magma spray, 1 branching bolt, 1 resounding wave, bant charm. Played a naya bant combo which normally removed any threats they played while building up to my bigger bant threats: battlegrace and stoic angels.
The format is definitely slower than Shadowmoor with its fast R/G decks. The bombs of Shards are just so bomby that it is nearly impossible to win once your opponent drops their bomb.
A: That works just fine. Part of unearth is: "If it would leave play this turn, remove it from the game instead of putting it anywhere else." So this part of unearth ignores effects that remove things from the game, and when the creature comes back, it'll be a brand new object that wasn't unearthed.
At first, this answer confused me... why would it come back... but now I understand, it only replaces when it goes anywhere else (other than removed from the game).
I had heard it differently. The reminder text for unearth reads "Remove it from the game at end of turn or if it would leave play"
So when the blink would make it leave play, the unearth ability swoops in and RFG's the creature before blink can.
Not certain about this so you should probably go with what the judge says.

What about Voracious Dragon? "...equal to twice the number of Goblins it devoured..."
Seems like the wording on one of the cards will have to be different or there are already 7 uses of goblin. No?
And wouldn't Wandering Goblins be two more, name and creature type?
or is goblin different than goblins? *scratches head*
thats exactly what I got, somehow i ended up with enough letters for this
Unstable Frontier
Land
tap to add (1) to your mana pool
then
tap to turn target land you control To basic land type of your choice until end of turn
sorry to jump the gun earlier, it was just so exciting
Unstable Frontier
(1) Target land becomes basic land type of your choice until end of turn
edit: at least thats my current guess, still clearing it up.... and i was way wrong, its what i wished it said

The FAQ is very clear on how unearth works with Blink. Here is the link to the FAQ page.
Sorry to doubt your judgement, but at least i did say you probably were right ;D
