Okay, most of your issues seem to be grammatical. The abilities should read as follows:
When a nontoken black creature you control leaves the battlefield, put a 1/1 black spirit creature token with intimidate onto the Battlefield
When a nontoken green creature you control leaves the battlefield, put a 1/1 green spirit creature token with deathtouch onto the battlefield
When a nontoken white creature you control leaves the battlefield, put a 1/1 white spirit creature token with flying onto the battlefield
To be honest, it doesn't really seem like a mythic rare. It has three separate abilities that may trigger at the same time due to itself leaving the battlefield, but I think it should have a way to combo with its own triggered abilities. Maybe something like "<COST>: Return ~ to its owner's hand" or something.
how about
BGW: exile Alexia Soulmaster, return it to the battlefield under its owner's control at end of turn
After games vs tokens, control, reanimator ect, ect...
This it's the last list I'm playing, only real problem it's the smither vs the ravenous rats but that's why sideboard exists
Removed the jarads orders, it's cool but it was a bad draw in long games
Removed skirdag high priest it didn't help
Moved thragtusk to SB
Moved one ultimate price to SB
Added to main 4 ravenous rats
Added to main 2 sever the bloodline
Added to main 2 abrupt decay
Now the deck have 64 cards, yeah I know people don't like that but the 4 veilborn ghoul really work as discard fuel for troll and rat
It's important to note that borderland ranger isn't ramp as it doesn't allow you to put into play more than one land a turn. I am looking at a similar decklist using both rangers and gatecreeper vines that act as creatures in the graveyard for the likes of Jarad but help keep the amount of land in my deck down.
Farseek is ramp but I personally wouldn't run it as it is not a creature and you really want to either play blockers/threats on turn 2 or draw them. I personally would run Grisly Salvage and/or mulch for a turn 2 play to put creatures into the GY. Personally I think you are running too many non-creature spells as you can only discard creatures to Lotleth Troll.
I tested salvage and mulch, they are good but in a reanimator deck, the only creature I want in the graveyard it's the veilborn ghoul (when u play a swamp you get it back, and it don't go to the pile), that's why I use the jarads orders as tutor, and the farseek + the ranger give me the swamps to return the ghoul to my hand and use it on the troll or the rat, but maybe I will try the gatekeeper vines bc it comes one turn early
Farseek it's food x the deathrite shaman
I will test -3 rangers -1 swamp, +4 gatekeeper vines
if there is already a thread with this type of deck so let me know
I know this deck its 63 but the 3 veilborn ghouls make the deck run and its very fun
Veilborn Ghoul: he its just gas for the Pack Rat and the Lotleth Troll Thragtusk: you know every green deck run them Jarad, golgari Lich Lord: he can kill opponents sac rats, its life lose so they cant be prevented Borderland Ranger: Ramp! Pack Rat: they can be a lot and big Lotleth Troll: cheap and efficient creature Deathrite shaman: it can kill an opponent, give us life, and kill any reanimation strategy
Jarad's Orders: combo enabler Ultimate Price: it kill anoying monocolor creatures Golgari Charm: destroy enchantments and save your army Altar´s Reap: instant draw cards, but you need to sac a creature, nice vs sever the bloodline and sphere, this save your rats Farseek: Ramp! Tragic Slip: common removal in actual std
thx

veilborn ghouls is food for the troll and the rat, with both creatures in the deck I have more win conditions
More win% + players go for the win= more expensive cards & meta of jund decks vs anti jund decks, this until more competitive ideas show up
