That too, but it isn't necessarily that I meant 'temporal' order, just. . . order. An ordering. I mean, if I randomize something, and put something into that, it has to be that either the thing I'm putting into it is well in there in time for the randomizing, or, it gets in after and is not part of the randomizing.* I don't know what it means for me to put something in a pile, and do something with that pile "at the same time" without qualification; I don't think it means anything, except with recourse to a definition as one of the preceding. And I'm thinking that without text otherwise, it means 'in time for the randomizing'.
With this, it still means Probe doesn't trigger. "Just after", or even "as" the shuffling happens, Probe is not in play. If triggered abilities come online just as something comes into play and can notice simultaneous events, then that means that triggered abilities go offline as something leaves play just in time to miss simultaneous events. This latter point just hardly ever comes into play, because of "looking back in time," and so few effects make something leave play and do something other than more banishment of permanents at the same time.
EDIT: I notice you don't have an answer. That's surprising. Prior chances that this is a hole in the rules just skyrocketed.
*Incidentally, I wish I could autocard an example, but the only such ones are Vampiric Tutor-type homages, for which the card is in the library at both times
I think that the act of shuffling something into your library from play involves it switching zones and a shuffle effect.
And when a permanent changes zones from "in play" to anything else, it stops being whatever it is and becomes just a card.
You don't have a Platinum Angel in your hand, you have a Platinum Angel card. So even if you are about to lose the game, you can't say "Platinum Angel Effect" because you don't have a Platinum Angel.
I would assume the same would apply here. The probe becomes an Artifact card, thus negating its effects, then the shuffle happens.
Compare Deglamer with Cerebral Vortex. Target player draws 2 cards with the Vortex, then the Vortex deals damage to that player equal to the number of cards drawn that turn. Since there were two cards drawn during the effect, you add two onto whatever total would have been before. I would assume the same is with this, since the card HAS to change zones between the beginning of resolution of Deglamer and the shuffle effect itself.

Why do we "keep" the mentally retarded? What point is there? What use is it to us? What good is it to us? Why?
I'm not trying to be sadistic, or saying we should "kill 'em all", but why? They get laughed at and mocked in school, they provide little to nothing in the economy (but a drain, in some cases), so why bother? What are your views on it?
Entertainment value.
But in all honesty, these people may not be productive to society but they're still people that need love and care and give the same back. They may not be completely adept at everything, but the things they can do is helpful for their time on this planet, which could not be very long in some cases.
I've seen a lot of edh games (havent played a lot though) but i have never seen the card played. even in multiplayer EDH....
Honestly, we have 5color combo players that just do goofy things with Kiki-Jiki and Witness, or just go nuts and play by themselves due to Time twister effects. It got so out of hand that GU became the best archetype. Play countermagic, draw magic, Time Stretch, as many timetwister effects, and reclaim effects out the ass.
I'll just go a little further into the "anytime" thing.
If you have priority, and a spell with Split-Second is not on the stack, then you can play instants.
When do you not have priority? When your opponent has priority, or when a spell/ability is resolving. Can things be played when people do not have priority? Yes.
However, be aware of effects on the table that can change timing. If an ability says "Only when you could play a sorcery" then you can only play a sorcery during your main phase when the 'stack' is empty. Also, see Teferi as a card that can change when you can play Instants, along with City of Solitude.
And remember the golden advice for all of magic: READ THE CARD.
Mind's Desire.
If I recall correctly, you shuffle your library, then flip the top card of your library into a RFG zone.
I still believe that the act of Shuffling something into a library involves a two-step process: Changing Zones, then Making Random.
