I personally wanted something in Dimir that interacted with milling that was closer to extort. Maybe something like:
Whenever an opponent discards a card from their hand or puts a card from their library into their graveyard you may tap this card. If you do it deals 1 damage to that opponent.
Could even make it scalable so that different cards deal different amounts of damage. Then add triggered abilities when those cards deal damage to opponent, etc.
edit: this is most likely the result of two people not setting up their sniping bots correctly. I don't think anybody physically typed in either of these bids.
Bit of a straw man argument. I don't see that many people arguing that MTG is "sword and sorcery" based. It is at its core fantasy based, and grabs liberally from any sort of genre that is peripheral to that (including scifi, horror, myth, etc.). Eschewing certain technology isn't integral to this fantasy core, but it is one thing that keeps the theme from deviating too far. If they were added to the game, it wouldn't ruin the game, but it would be a hard thing to back up from and would undoubtedly change the flavor in a significant way.
Way back in the day I bought Super Mario RPG at a K-mart. When I got in the car and opened it (to read the manual on the way home, as was the tradition then) the only thing inside was a piece of wood in the shape of an SNES cartridge.
Here is how I would do Ghost of Last Moments and Hide in the Wilderness.
Ghost of Last Moments 5W
Creature - Spirit
If you would lose the game, instead sacrifice Ghost of Last Moments. If you do, your life total becomes 3 and you may put 3 cards from your graveyard on the bottom of your library.
3/3
Hide in the Wilderness 1GG
Enchantment
When ~ enters the battlefield, put a 1/1 green Squirrel creature token onto the battlefield.
As long as you control a squirrel, you cannot lose the game and your opponents cannot win the game.
These are both pretty big changes from the original, but I think they are a lot less cluttered.
Ugh, this is not how I pictured the art at all. We get 2 close-ups and a midshot. I pictured something at a long angle, with the trash heap the most prominent, with a smaller ragman rummaging in it. :/
1. She seems like she would be better fit in a control or maybe a midrange deck. Aggro just doesn't have enough ways to protect her.
2. I really like her 0 ability, but I really want to be able to pump her up for her ultimate.
3. If that ultimate was -6 how big of an improvement would that have been? Pretty huge I think.

Accept it costs you 2 cards. And the Wurm cannot be cast at instant speed.
So basically nothing like what you said.

Exile target non-land permanent controlled by an opponent who dealt you damage this turn.
Makes it a single line, and prevents you from turning it on by pinging yourself.
