The idea is to complete remove the graveyards from play. I need to make it faster my thoughts were to take out the misthollow and add 4 simian guides. Side board still open and can run any color. Land base is least important until deck is hammered out.
So the thought was to use courser of kruphix with vizier of the menagerie. You literally are playing the top deck. Prophet of kruphix just speeds this up letting you cast until you hit a land. In theory there will only be etb creature effects and land. Any thoughts?

So the jist here is to stall out until turn 4 and then drop the aetherworks marvel. Now we aren't going to just tap it immediately we wait till there turn depending on what your playing against determines when you use the aetherworks.
I'm wondering if there is anyway to really make this a slightly faster deck. It works wonders for the most part, but I'm not satisfied with the side board. I am also not sure about altered ego or metalwork colossus
i put the souls in so i would have 6 6cc creatures worth dealing with and having 6 of them gives me a very good chance i will get one or the other by turn 5 if i haven't won already. i have play tested several times now and the current build has won 14/15 games by turn 5. I am going to add the 4th ensoul. with this build i don't want anything from rtr because its gonna be less than a month. overall i have noticed a consistent game, but i am worried about fizzling. if my opponent just controls me throughout than i am not in a good position. i need sideboard material now. what you anyone recommend for mirror, control, R/G ramp, or that super-friends build.
I can try the raise the alarm it sounds like a solid decision. Now what about jace AoT? The new jace isn't even half as good. A four slot is pretty important he did his job very well. I was thinking either whelming wave or Ajani steadfast. Whelming wave will board wipe and Ajani is good late game or early game. Early he buffs our raise the alarm guys or 1/3 scy 2. Late game he beefs elspeth or buffs her tokens. He is prolly a 2 or 3 of at most though due to he can't protect himself.
That's a great point. What if the control aspect is changed for more of a weenie control? Playing cards like raise the alarm or triplicate spirits along with Ajani steadfast and such. Would running creatures to clog the board still be a form if control? Replace the board wipe with more target bounce/removal waiting for your win con?
Is perilous vault even worth mentioning?i mean it takes 2 turns to use the opponent sees it coming and can be killed quite easily. But it still looks like the cheapest board wipe right now and it exiles.
