I'm trying to gather data on which magic produts exist in which languages, but I'm having a hard time find reliable information. For sake of simplicity, let's focus only on Core Set 2021 in this post.
Collector booster (box): Based on this announcement, it seems like they only exist in English, French and Japanese.
Prerelease packs, Bundles, Planeswalker decks: These seem to exist in all 11 languages, but I have not found offocial confirmation. I have compiled some information from infrabel.eu and gtsdistribution.Com (european and american distributor), and youtube unboxing videos, but I cannot confirm all products in all languages.
Starter Arena kit: Only infrabel.eu contained information on this and had them in stock for all European languages. I assume they also exist in all Asian and Russian languages?
Welcome booster: No information whatsoever except for the obvious english version.
Promo pack: According to mtgwiki, "Promo packs are available in all languages in which Magic is printed, and foil promo packs are available in Chinese Simplified, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish.". Unfortunately, there is no source for this information?
If anybody has reliable information or anecdotal data, please share.
Additionally, if you can confirm the information to be true for all recent sets (magic 2019 forward) that would be great.
Do we know if the Godzilla art cards can be pulled in regular boosters, collector boosters, or box toppers only?
In japanese booster boxes, the godzilla cards are part of the draft boosters, albeit at a low rate (3 nonfoil per box, and about 1 foil per 2 boxes)
In all other languages, the godzilla cards are found only in boxtoppers (1 per draft booster box) and in collector boosters (1 per collector booster)
The actual Godzilla card, which is the buy a box promo card, cannot be found in the box toppers. It is handed out by LGS. I think a nonfoil version of this card can be found in the collector boosters.
Back in 2010, it was fairly easy to collect magic cards. We had regular cards, foil cards, and the occasional promo such a prerelease card or a FNM card.
Today, I feel completely overwhelmed with the amount of different printings and promo's of cards. The collector boosters were the final nail in the coffer for me to consider "collecting" anything in the current magic franchise. My problem is not that I'm unable to collect every single magic card. My problem also doesn't lie with the consequence that some cards are (very) expensive - the general consencus seems to be that the price of "normal" cards found in booster is significantly lower due to all the exclusive stuff. My problem lies with the dilution of tradeability of collectible cards. Imagine you're the proud owner of 4 Thassa, Deep-Dwelling. When trying to trade them away you suddenly have to take into account that some players only want the showcase version, or that others definitely don't want that ugly planeswalker symbol of the promo packs. Oh, and they all have different prices of course.
I would suggest to remove some of the clutter by introducing these changes:
Prerelease promo cards are no more. Instead, a regular foil rare or mythic is given in the prerelease packs
The promo pack cards (the one with the planeswalker symbol on them) are no more. Instead, a showcase or extended art version of that card is given in the promo packs
Special card, such as buy-a-box promo's, showcase cards and extended art cards are either always foil, or never foil. No need to have a bling version of something that is already bling.
Mystery Booster sets contain the normal version of the card and don't have the planeswalker symbol in the bottom-left corner. (Based on what I read there was no printing issue that required this symbol, it was just a way to differentiate the cards - which is exactly what I'm discussing in this thread).
This implies that special promos such as the ugin's fate promos, the Japanese anime planeswalker the stain-glass planeswalker cards or more recently the godzilla card can remain as is, as a one time gimmick.
The end result would satisfy my collector's itch and still cater to Wizards's desire to be able to sell exclusive items
Normal cards (trivial to get)
Showcase cards (cannot be foil ,easy to get)
Foil cards (difficult to get)
Extended art cards (cannot be foil, very difficult expensive to get)
Enforcer of Honorable Combat - 1WW
Creature - Avatar (R)
Ignore indstructible on all permanents. If a permanent with indestructible would be destroyed or receive lethal damage, regenerate it.
When Enforcer of Honorable Combat enters the battlefield, ask each player whether they prefer to be adressed as he, she or in another nonbinary way. Ignore all manners of addressing written on all cards and use the preferred way instead.
3/2
Enforcer of Single Perfection - 1UU
Creature - Avatar (R)
If a legendary permanent card would enter the battlefield, if another permanent with the same name is already on the battlefield, put that card into its owner's graveyard instead.
0/5
Enforcer of Brutal Torment - 1BB
Creature - Avatar (R
If a player would take damage, instead that player loses that much life.
Creatures with menace become black, gain fear, and can be blocked as if they didn't have menace.
2/1
Enforcer of Crackling Mana - 1RR
Creature - Avatar (R)
If mana would be added for a player, it is added to that player's mana pool instead. At the end of each step and phase, for each player, remove all mana from their mana pool and Enforcer of Crackling Mana deals 1 damage to them for each mana removed this way.
4/1
Enforcer of the Old Ways - 1GG
Creature - Avatar (R)
Planeswalkers have hexproof. If a planeswalker's controller receives noncombat damage, the source of that damage may choose to redirect that damage to that planeswalker.

I think if you cast another player's spell (which can be done by things like Spelljack already) it goes to the owner's graveyard, and so the second ability of the card is not relevant.
I agree looking at and shuffling multiple libraries is tedious, so I'm positioning this card for playgroups were most people know each other's libraries and cards. A fix could be that you are allowed to search exactly one player's library instead of all.
If you would search a library, you may search all players' library instead. If you do, shuffle any libraries searched this way.
If a card you don't own would be put into your graveyard, hand or library, exile it instead. You may play that card for as long as it remains exiled.
Whenever you cast an aura spell, you may search your graveyard, hand and library for any number of cards with the same name as it and put them on the battlefield. If you search your library this way, shuffle it.
It is very plausibly a shop keeper would mark an urza's saga booster with a sticker that says "premium booster" on it considering how valuable and rare they are. Premium is just an english word to denote "value, special, of high quality...". Just guessing as to explain OP's wording.
So I guess this brings up the question: Is it worth it to buy a 4x playset of all the cards in a given set? I've noticed those online as well and the prices often come close to what a booster case costs.
Wait, if you can get a playset of all rares and mythics in a set for ~100 euros (or whatever valuta you use), you will make a massive profit on average. Each set contains a highly valued rare/mythic, often going above 20 euros for a long time. And there are always a few rares reaching 5 euro+ values.
I hate economics so I can't help you when you need to sell it. However the long term value of any full set's playset is well above 100 euros.
Colt47 said you can get ful playsets for the price of a CASE. A case is 6 boxes and they're usually around $480-$540. So no massive profits there...
Could you put the rare cards on top of each list? So instead of doing C / U / R in each color I would type them R / U / C. Additionally, I would put the Commons in an additional subspoiler tag, so you basically see al the rares and uncommons instantly, and our screen doesn't get spammed with commons.
Have you considered using the vanishing or fading keyword for this card?
Also, losing abilities for creatures is a bit weird. Why do I lose trample when there's ash? I would rather say "abilities cannot be activated", I think you're aiming more for a "creatures cannot do anything useful" vibe.
Letting creatures not attack or do anything is more in white and blue's part of the oclor pie instead of in red and black. I would consider making this is a grixis or mardu card instead.
I don't think that "looking inside yourself and staying positive" is the only thing you can do. Some people are ruthless savages. Our shop owner will not tolerate this behaviour and has reprimanded repeated offenders, usually cooling down the situation. He runs the entire store by himself, so he's very involved and takes every issue seriously. This might not be the case for you but you could ask another authorative figure (for example the judge or respected player) to step up. For me, this is not being "weak", it is raising awareness and pointing out unacceptable behaviour.

This card is not to be taken too seriously. There's lots to discuss about this card though. Please touch the following:
Curious to hear what you all think
I found a prerelease tamiyo with number 434
and there are also plenty of normal non foil ones with 434, a number you say you're missing
